Had a decent meal here. The selection was good and some items, like the beef &
broccoli, had solid flavor. Service was fine and the place was comfortable enough for a quick buffet stop.
The downside was that a few items seemed like they’d been sitting under the heat lamp too long. The lo mein especially was pretty dry, which took away from the overall freshness.
Not bad, not amazing — just a middle ground buffet experience.

My family and I went to Lin’s on 10/2/25. There were 5 of us and we were there for over an hour. The entire time we were there our server never one time cleared our table of the used plates, she let them pile up. Keep in mind we scraped our plates and piled them up for her to pick up. She never refilled our water nor the drinks that were purchased. We watched as she cleared all the tables around us. There was no altercation, no words exchanged when we were seated, no reason for us not to receive the service we paid for. She never came back to help us after we were seated. My daughter went to the front to let them know that we’d been waiting for refills and the table to be cleared and still no one came. About 10 minutes later we decided to leave so I stopped by the front counter to complain. They said they’d talk to her about it. The service was terrible and they treated us like they didn’t really care about the bad experience.

I genuinely don’t know how this place is in business when they purposefully serve people SPOILED FOOD. I’ve ordered this place at least once a week for the past three months and the last time i got the egg drop soup it was clearly off which i pictured and sent to door dash for a refund. Now around a week later i ordered my regular order again and they send me this. What distasteful unprofessional way to handle this situation. Safe to say i will NEVER be ordering from this place again LOL

it’s a nice atmosphere pretty and elegant with lots of twinkly lights. Staff is not very easy to communicate with. They don’t have very many gluten-free vegan options. their prices are a lot higher too it was like $23 a person. the only salad that they had was pre-prepared iceberg cheap lettuce. the other buffet that I go to that’s like $5 cheaper actually has a whole salad area with spinach and Romaine and different healthier salad options. I would say 90% of the meat here is different types of chicken. Their rice noodle which is supposed to be an alternative for those allergic to gluten was completely soaked up in soy sauce to the point where it was caramel looking. So that just adds gluten to the typical go-to gluten-free option. When I tried to see if I could get a little bowl without the soy sauce no one really understood what I was asking for. most places have rice noodles cooked in a buttery sauce but not this one. there really wasn’t much for cooked vegetables without meat. and there are eight to drop soup was really extra eggy more than soup I think it’s been sitting there and rewarmed for half of the week. it’s definitely not what it used to be. I think I would rather go to the Hibachi place on Southern and Dobson for $5 cheaper and receive fresher higher quality food.

Not the best place to go if you are trying to lose weight, but they do offer diet coke. The service is phenomenal with lots of guys and gals taking care of all needs very efficiently. Even the atmosphere is good with a eating at home feel. Being aware of SafeServe, pouring food on top of existing trays makes you wonder…

I am giving Lin’s 4 star due to the hot and sour soup was below warm, noodles was almost cold, broccoli was cold. BBQ pork ribs was delicious and the shrimp was really delicious.

The food and service were ok. Lots of food options to choose from. My only complaint would be not a small child kind of place. Most restaurants won’t charge for children 2 years and under. This place charges almos A full price for children that won’t eat but a few spoons of food. Thought that was tacky for a restaurant to be doing that and probably won’t be back because of that.
