I had two guys on the intercom answering me at the drive-thru which was interesting. I Verify my order on the screen and they still screwed it up. Asking them for a credit back on the extra item they gave me was like requesting them to complete my tax filing. The breakfast sandwich which I should have checked before I pulled away from the window was from 4 hours ago. What happened to this place? Geneva location is a bit better.

Very slow staff who honestly didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I ordered a slightly different drink than what was on the menu, and the girl behind the counter said she was offended by the idea. Honestly, putting a few ice cubes in a hot coffee should not take that long or cause as much confusion or remarks.

I had made an order in the drive-thru and I clearly said I wanted an large French vanilla iced coffee with cream, extra sugar, and 2 hazelnut shots. As I pull up to the window, sitting there on the counter was a HOT, REGULAR iced coffee. So they not only messed up one portion of my order but two. I asked for a frozzen caramel coffee but when i tried does not have sugar and had too much milk. It was a small girl (like high school girl) serving. I think is too young. Maybe it was just her first day but the manager has to watch all the steps that a new person make.

Walked out after waiting 10 mens for someone to finally come to the counter to help the lady in front of me. They could not figure out how to use the register for 6 doughnuts. Ridiculous just stay away .

Not even sure how to rate this experience except for the fact that staff was super unprofessional. Service was a zero and these workers need to be in serviced on how to properly greet customers instead of everyone just staring to see who was going to take care of us.. went somewhere else The following 2 days on my vacation to get my coffee as this place was not even worth my time.

At aproximatley 2:35 I came in to order a dozen of donuts. I waited there for a couple of minutes before a young gentleman took my order I was not greeted just a simple “What can I get you”. He continued to laugh and go on his phone as he took my order. And stayed on his phone the entire time. I don’t recall of his name but he was a young gentleman with curly hair very rude and inappropriate. Never in my time coming here has this happened before.
