I love the food, I love the hot pot. I loved my server, BUT I DID NOT LIKE THE HOST/HOSTESS. I put down my name and number and waited for an hour. I went to the host/hostess to see how many people were in front of me and they had the AUDACITY to say that because I did not show up when my name was called and I did not check my messages, my table was given up. when I DID NOT received any text message that my table was ready. The Host/Hostess needs to do a better job, no matter how busy you are, if you don’t know the phone number and you are making people wait outside because inside too pack, then you need to repeat the phone number back because to say that “We texed you and you didn’t check you messages” is bewildering.

Lots of food options, Cleanest buffet I’ve been too. It gets refilled fast not too much wait for fresh food. My only suggestion is they should have a bigger more flexible seating for wheelchair. Its hard enough taking a disabled person in wheelchair and getting crammed seating with no moving space is frustrating.

Amazing and delicious food, amazing customer service, clean, clean, clean!!! All organized and smelling good, restroom very very nice and clean clean clean, ohhhh God! So hard to find a decent restroom this days, this one was not only clean, was smelling good and also have the Chinese song playing hahahaha, amazing! Really good, the waitress was super friendly with us and the price was good for the decent food that they offers there, also the ladies on the sushi bar was super nice, ask them to prepare some Niguiri of Salmon and they did a dish only for me, thank you so much, I really appreciate! CONGRATULATIONS TEAM!!! It’s a definitely 5 stars

Buffet selections need some work on. I have been to Lin’s Fusion before they have hotpot, I didn’t know their time changed, and closed from 330-5pm. The Hotpot buffet was okay, but I had it better elsewhere. Customer services were great, and I couldn’t ask for better services.

Went for the first time today it was really packed with people but the staff was super nice and accommodating. Loved that the waiters/waitresses didn’t hover and let us enjoy our dinner but was still there when we needed them. The food was amazing always hot and fresh. One of the best buffets I’ve ever been to. They had an amazing variety to choose from and had something for everyone. 10/10 experience will be going again.

We went at 11:30 AM, most of the food trays were empty and what wasn’t empty was room temperature at best. I had about eight different foods and six out of the eight all tasted exactly the same – bland and oily.
Our waitress was a miserable human who clearly did not want to help us. We were given our drinks at the beginning of the meal and that was it, later on I had to get up and ask someone to get that stubborn mule to serve us refills. She was anything but friendly and had a sour puss expression the entire time right up until it was time to pay. That came out to over 200 dollars for eight people by the way.
The atmosphere was awful, they crammed us in a corner right by a table with a screaming baby of course, heaven forbid they allow us to sit over near the soups where there were empty and available tables instead of cramming us in like sardines at a table that was NOT meant for eight people.
It’s a shame, I used to absolutely love Lin’s Fusion, but after this visit? NEVER AGAIN. What a terrible experience. Do yourselves a favor, next time you want Chinese food go to I-Kitchen at Gettysburg and Willow instead, they actually serve good and flavorful Chinese food that doesn’t taste like cooking oil.

Used to be the best Chinese buffet in Fresno, but the decline of the coconut shrimp really killed the vibe.
It used to be perfect, but now it is much less sweeter, leaving only sour and weak cream taste. At this point, A-Star is a better option with slightly more variety and for sure better coconut shrimp.
