Went here the other day and the food was ABSOLUTELY delicious!! I’ve been wanting to get the chocolate dumplings because I saw it on TikTok and it was so tasty, loved the chocolate they used! I was torn between what Dim Sum and our server recommended the Ling’s Soup Dumpling which was so so good! Also tried the lobster cheese puff, it was definitely interesting! All in all I’ll definitely be back again, such a nice and quiet place to eat and the service was great!

Really nice Dim Sum on a Sunday morning. The standouts were all of the steamed dumpling options and soup dumplings, as well as the scallion pancake with curry sauce. I also really enjoyed the fried turnip cakes, which usually I am not a fan of from other resultants – these were different and I highly recommend trying them. Would certainly come here for some delicious dim sum.
I’d recommend sticking to their dim sum menu when it’s offered, since their regular menu options we ordered were a bit lacking in flavor and texture and I wouldn’t get again.

Went there for birthday celebrations. Made a reservation before hand.
We loved the scallion pancake and the curry with it. The curry was extremely flavourful. The pancake was crispy and tasty. Wish they can balance the soft and crispy well though.
The pan fried chicken basil dumpling gets a 6/5. Absolutely delicious.
Steamed vegetable dumpling was ok. The dough was a little to hard.
Lobster dumpling was interesting. The stuffing was well seasoned and delicious. The dough was a little chewy. But it complemented well with the stuffing.
Pan seated vegetable dumpling was very tasty.
The spinach dumpling was ok.
The bok choy and mushrooms were not my favourite. The sauce was very bland.
The salmon ceviche was very flavourful.
The cucumber salad was tasty
The green crunch salad was too good. Burst of flavors.
The chocolate cake was nice but I loved the lemon souffle/mousse.
Lychee martini was absolutely rocking. I will go back there for the drink.
Beautiful and comfortable place. Nice atmosphere. Clean and neat bathrooms with bidets where you can adjust the water force and warmth of the water

Disappointing first experience at Lin.
We visited on a Saturday and they were already “sold out” of the BBQ Pork Puffs. Not that many patrons that afternoon, seemed like poor inventory management.
We also ordered the “Jing-Do Berkshire Pork Loin,” which turned out to be a basic sweet and sour pork dish at $28.
Our waitress seemed completely unenthusiastic and indifferent to our experience. To cap it off, the POS system’s suggested tip started at 25%, which felt audacious given the level of service provided.
If this is the standard for the Lin restaurants in Austin, I’d suggest saving your time and money and dining elsewhere.

As we venture out on our monthly Women Gathering we landed at Ling Wu. This was our first time here but definitely not Our last.We reached ordered something different so we could taste a few different items. Our waiter Metin was amazing he was so polite and answered all of our questions. The food was so delicious and came out hot! I tend to be a food critic when I go out but I did not need to critique nothing about this place. The drinks were tasty FYI best to make a reservation. There is a parking garage across the street.

Ok let me clarify the 3 stars. But first the food and ambience was amazing and I would definitely come back except for a very weird incident where the server comes at 2:05 insisting I close out the check when I was in midst of my meal. And despite my request that he grants me 5 mins, he wouldn’t and made me check out. That ruined the beautiful vibe totally.

Caitlyn was absolutely amazing! She’s so knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we remained safe with our allergies and so friendly and helpful! The soup dumplings were AMAZING! I will come back and request her as my server EVERY TIME!! 10 out of 10 recommend ask for Caitlyn as your server ❤️❤️

We went for dinner to celebrate a birthday. The service was great, attentive and polite. The food was great, what you order matters. We ordered, green onion pancake, dumplings (not the soup one) green tea salad, flounder fish the best we ever had and roasted duck. Everything was absolutely perfect and delicious. The drinks were all good. We had a lovely time and will go back.
