My wife and I frequent this restaurant. Not only is the food great, the staff is always great. Tonight we had Crystal as our server and as always she did an awesome job. She is polite, professional and wants to make our visit great. She cares and wants us to have a good time and a great dinner. I appreciate how hard she works to ensure that we enjoy the experience. She and her cohorts are refreshing and focused on pleasing her customers. See ya again soon!

This place is a staple in our community and I’d love to share that it is amazing but the last few times it’s been a struggle. This last time, all meals over cooked, never received an appetizer ordered and birthday girl never got her meal. Because we love this place here’s what should have happened. Stop cutting into a filet to check if it is done. Nobody ever wants a butterfly or cut into fillet. What’s the point . The 5 filets ordered, all had several slices which didn’t even resemble filet which then caused all the juice to disburse. We all had to ask for au ju to combat how dry they were. All potatoes were cold. They also ran out of filets after telling us the several times it ( bday girls) was still coming out. we said don’t bother we have all eaten they said they would cook and send with us where we replied no we weren’t paying. Then brought the meal out and put on the bill. If you’re gonna mess up somebody’s steak, then force them to take one home. It should be free and you shouldn’t be arguing with them that they need to pay for it after everybody has already eaten. I know it was understandably busy, but this place isn’t new and they have crowds constantly so not sure really what was going on. The two previous times we went our waiter had and attitude, and we had issues with our steak as well. The meat is no longer the quality it used to be. Please look at the authenticity of what this restaurant used to be and try to restore that because while I understand, you will always be busy your quality is definitely downgrading quickly. Photo of burnt steak they wanted us to pay for. Also they said this was a full size NY strip because no more filets were available.

Went the night before Valentine’s Day 8 minutes after opening, restaurant was packed as expected. The hostess’s and wait staff were super efficient, friendly and accommodating. They were moving customers in with no problem. I feel horrible I don’t remember my waitresses name but she was amazing, busy, but on it for every table she had. Sweet tea never went dry, salad bar was great as a side and food was tasty. Atmosphere is fun and inviting. Great place to go with the family or date night, I will be back.

Had a great dinner at Linerberger’s Cattle Company tonight! We were seated right away, it was a Wednesday night so they weren’t super busy. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh! I had Chicken Parm and he had the Cowboy Steak, both were delicious and hot! I forgot to take pictures before we started eating, but everything was amazing and the staff was friendly.

First time here and I enjoyed it. Great salad bar although not unlimited unless you pay extra $$$$. The prime rib was tender, probably the best I have ever had. My wife’s trail boss was a little overcooked. She asked for medium rare but she got medium well….. the waiter Mark was on point. Overall this place is a great steakhouse if you are looking for aged steaks especially.

This place is ridiculous!! When we got there, the parking lot was packed. Inside the waiting area was the same, but they have plenty of seating and turnover tables quickly. Cell service sucks. They even have a sign that says, “We dont have wifi, talk to each other like its 1995” Haha. They have a similar atmosphere to The Wood Shed in Stanley, but thats where the comparison ends. Huge menu! When looking it over I saw an option to only get the salad bar and thought to myself, all these amazing choices why would someone just get the salad bar, then I had my turn at the salad bar, absolutely amazing!! I could totally just go for the salad bar. I did order the half rack of ribs, and my husband got the 24 oz Ribeye. It was all amazing!! I got the tots as my side and did not need them. My husband got the baked potato, it was so good, but he couldn’t eat it either. They have a good drink selection, I got the painkiller, and he got the sangria margarita, both strong and good. We had to take desert home, and we’re so happy we did. The key lime pie was delicious, but the Lake Norman Mudd Pie was extraordinary!!! As big as my head, we shared it and still couldn’t finish it. Amazing restaurant!!

Great salad bar. Food was excellent. My NY strip steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The Key Lime pie was not what we expected and would not order again. Andrea our server was very pleasant and always smiling!

Make it yourself salad bar. Fresh ingredients. The steaks are phenomenal. Kitchen staff know exactly how to cook them. Wait staff is attentive without being overbearing. They know what to recommend and how to communicate with the customer. This place has been on hwy 150 for ages, and there is a reason why. They are good enough to last and continue their commitment to fine dining for the decades they have been there. Quality has never changed.

Went on a Friday at 5pm as they open at 4:30pm and the place was already packed. Sat right away thankfully but in a room where the tables are on top of each other. The salad bar was great and the bread was fresh. It was slow to get our main food but our server Jordan was really kind and checked on us often. Husband had the chicken sandwich and I have had the 8oz NY strip. It was charred more than I would have liked but as least it wasn’t well done.
