Edit: the district manager called me and seemed very concerned and like she would be taking care of this issue. I am pleased with the prompt response to this issue & I hope the employee learns responsible gun ownership and appropriate talk in front of customers and in a professional work environment.
The chocolate was good but my issue is with an employee I heard speaking while I was in here shopping. This happened around 3:40 on 1/11/2026.
She was extremely loud, and mentioned how she has a “mousekatool” in her locker, and as far as I’ve ever been aware this is a slang term for an easily concealed gun/weapon. I am a gun owner myself but wow, this was off putting hearing an employee just say this so loud. One of the first things they teach you is to not talk about your weapon so openly like this. Incredibly inappropriate especially with customers in the store!

Mediocre product with a slightly better customer service. The Dubai chocolate bar is probably ninety percent milk chocolate and cost $15. When I asked for a refund, I received a $20 coupon, however only for one item. Kind of an odd stipulation considering most products are under $10. I thought a company like this would have a lot more quality to it all the way around.

If you like chocolate, you’ll love this place! They sell bulk, bagged, boxed, and bars. Purchased 75 assorted Lindt chocolates for only $25.99, roughly 2 pounds, which is a great deal! It was fun to pick from all of the different flavors. Also purchased an advant calendar for my little one. The ladies working were very helpful and friendly.

Holiday tradition to shop here for our Lindt truffles. They have an amazing selection to choose from. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. And with the current covid situation, they took precautions in the store to minimize contact, as well as providing disposable gloves for customers to use when shopping the bulk chocolate items. Love this location!

Delicious!! The free sample of coconut lindt candy when I walked in the door was the best! Giving us a pointer on getting more chocolate for our buck was a tasty one. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable about the treats. They have chocolate there that doesn’t go to the main stores. I had no idea there we were so many different kinds of lindt. Definitely worth stopping in!
