Friendly and attentive staff with authentic food. There was a huge party that held up the kitchen which caused a longer than anticipated wait but it is what it is.
Will go again when passing through!

Stopped here on our way home from OHSU. Just wanted some supper that wasn’t deep fried. The food was behind what I expected! I had the mixed fajitas with beef, pork and seafood along with fresh corn tortillas and we shared a shrimp appetizer. It was all delicious and fresh. The flavors were developed from skilled cooking and seasoning. Not from packaged flavorings. You will not regret a visit. My leftovers were just as good! And the ambiance will make you feel transported to south of the border. So good!!! And reasonable.

I was in the area and tried this place based on other reviews. It was great! I got 3 street tacos (carne asada, carnitas, and al pastor) and all 3 tacos were excellent. I also ordered a margarita and was pleasantly surprised because it was strong and not too sweet, and for $10 it was much larger than cocktails at other places. The chips & salsa for the table were fresh, the chips were warm and the salsa was home made and had just a bit of hot pepper spice. My friend also had tacos with rice and beans, and the beans were very authentic. I will definitely be back!

Food was great. Speaking as a Mexican woman I can tell you the rice and beans tasted authentic. Like my mom made them. The salsa felt a bit tasteless though (the one that came with the chips) it was mostly tomatoes. Still homemade.

The service is give 2 stars. Friendly enough but when I walked in there was no one there. No customers, no one behind the desk. I honestly thought it was closed because it’s also so dark in there since they don’t have any windows. But a young girl came out and told me to sit anywhere – even though the sign says wait to be seated.

After I ate I was looking to pay but no one came back to my table after my food was served. I was left alone in the room and when I was done I went and waited at the counter to pay. Eventually when no one came I had to peak into the kitchen just to pay. I felt bad but I also needed to leave.

Again friendly enough, but customer service just isn’t there.

This is a fun Mexican restaurant with great food. There were three levels of salsa: red (mild), green (spicy flavor), yellow (spicy hot).

I got the enchiladas de Mole and it was extremely flavorful and smooth.

Two people in our party got the enchilada de michoacan and it was super filling and flavorful.

The chips and salsa weren’t the best, but at least we didn’t overfill on them before our great meal came. (The chips’ red salsa was different from the meal’s red salsa.)

The margaritas are fantastic. And for a non-alcoholic drink get the Jamaica (hibiscus) tea.

We had a large group and they were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The food was outstanding! Great attention to detail and fresh. Everyone enjoyed their meals and margaritas.

I tried the place up the way, they weren’t willing to try to serve me with my dietary restrictions (meat only diet), that is very easy to accommodate. (Basically just giving me a side item.) Came here and they had VERY good fajitas! Good people who are very hospitable! I really enjoyed my time here. And the food was amazing! Thank you for everything!

A fairly new establishment with delicious Mexican food. Wonderfully decorative and the owner is super nice. I had accidentally spilled some of her homemade salsa on my blouse, and she brought me a clean towel with some Dawn on it to treat it. I appreciated that so much. Last time we went, we had company up from San Diego and they were impressed, not only with the quality of ingredients, but also the tasty margarita and samples of their home-made sauces. Highly recommend this place. If I had to have one thing to advise to improve on, is the chips. But then again, with salsa being that good, who cares? So happy they are local and will be back.

They made some wonderful Margaritas NOT overfilled with sweet and sour. All the food was delicious. Kids steak was a little overdone but that’s probably just for the kids as the adult Carne Asada was cooked well and not jerky tough, like some places do. They have a really nice interior and a banquet hall attached for weddings and other parties. Overall it is clean, presentable, and fairly on point with their flavors. Very minimal fine running could really turn this place into a well known restaurant for families and date nights. We enjoyed it greatly and look forward to coming back again.
