So we just happen to stop in the store with a couple of girls from our softball team. First off the store is absolutely immaculate. Was not sure what to expect as I am not well versed in Biscotti, but what I received in return was nothing but greatness. Linda was really nice and took the time to go over her products as I entered the store as a rookie. There are so many great combinations, too many to list. You can have the biscotti crunchy or soft. Either one, they are both great. The flavor was amazing. The Shop is on the corner on Main Street in Chester and is a must stop for anyone who has a sweet tooth. I will be back again for sure to help support all of the local small businesses in town. A taste of Brooklyn, now in Chester… go get some Biscotti…

Cutests little family owned shop with the BEST biscotti. There are so many fabulous flavors in both hard and soft!!! Linda is awesome, we are gals. She did a great job on goodiy bags for my moms party and made beautiful cookie trays as well. She is awesome and everything. She does is great! Honestly you can’t go wrong.

We stopped here after several recommendations to try the biscottis. Nothing short of perfect!! I brought the child a babysit and she LOVED everything. We went back and got more! They have tons of different flavors of biscottis, gluten free options, cookies, sandwiches, empanadas, honey, macaroons, you name it! Everything we got was delicious. To top it all off the staff was so welcoming and kind. They gifted a pair of sunglasses and a cute ring to the little girl I babysit from their party box which she loved. She keeps asking me to go back for more.

We also noticed they have empanadas and burritos and some drinks. A little weird for a bakery shop but I’d like to go back and try some empanadas, they looked delicious as well.

If I could give Linda’s Gourmet Biscotti Cookies 10 Stars, I would! What fabulous Biscotti! I have never tried a Biscotti so full of flavor with just the right ‘crisp’! I have always been afraid to take a Biscotti while enjoying tea or coffee with the girls, because I expect a great flavor – without that bland aftertaste. I don’t like wasting food or having to tell my host that I just did not care for it. This Biscotti Takes the Cake! LOL! I will be back, for sure. I found out that some of the local Shop-Rites are carrying Linda’s Biscotti (you may want to call first) as well as other local retail shops, even a bakery. What an amazing find! Also, for the early risers and the rush to work crew, there are homemade breakfast sandwiches from Silver Birch available and fresh hot coffee and tea as well.
