Wasn’t the first but will be the last for us to come to Lima fusion.
Today we actually came down to New Hope from Peddler Village just to have Peruvian food in here because a year or two year ago we had lunch and was good.
But today it was really disappointing even my gringo husband knows which better and which wasn’t.
He got lomo saltado like always.
Everytime we were in Peruvian restaurants because he ordered that, is his favorite dish.
So seems they cuts back on sauces in every dish they have. Lomo saltado was dry and they didn’t use French fries like it’s should. They use cubes fried potatoes.
I got myself bistec a la pobre from today special, first of all the price is not match with the writing boards and their flyers (see pics attached) lomo saltado price and empanadas I asked them she said $3.75 in the board & flyers $3.50.
Back talking about the food, the steaks was cold and lots of fats all around the meat definitely overpriced for $24.50 the writing board written $23.50.
Papa huancaina wasn’t steamed potatoes, they were the same potatoes as they used on lomo saltado (similar like home fries but bigger size) and I didn’t see any boiled eggs at all also they should be covered with yellow sauce but like I said before they cut back their sauces, they being cheap and charged more money.
I’ll give 2 stars just because the seasoning taste is good and the lady that work at the cashier was friendly.
Well you’ll lost one customer today. We will not going back here, we almost spent $70 and unhappy customer. Good luck!

Delicious empanadas and you can’t beat the price $3,75. The empanadas were fresh straight from the oven.

Fantastic food and attentive service. Great deal on empanadas, burritos are fantastic. Food is very reasonably priced especially in the area. Cooked to perfection every single time with incredible quality. There’s fast food alternatives if you’d like to spend less!

Awesome counter service food in the heart of the New Hope tourist strip. We tried the Chicken Anticuchero and the puff pastry camarones empanadas and loved both dishes – and the little pico salad was fabulous. The Chica Morada beverage was definitely worth the price as well.
And, they handled my food allergy competently and without any fuss, although did need a reminder and a remake during a busy lunch rush.
It was challenging to find a place to sit at a busy time, but we did.
The two of us ate and were happily full with no leftovers for $31.01 after a 20% tip.

I’m really disappointed the empanadas were terrible “Chicken empanada” was very dry “Beef Empanada” had slight seasoning and the “Chorizo & Cheese” well let’s just say there was only cheese. The Mexican street corn was ehh the corn wasn’t sweet and the over powering of the sauce killed it. The best part about my lunch was the pastry wrap for the empanadas.

Saw this place and knew I immediately had to try it. I’m an American born Peruvian from NYC, and the menu is extremely authentic. I ordered the ceviche and chicha morada, it’s some of the best food I’ve ever had. Definitely a nice find in New Hope.

As a Peruvian family in America, we think peruvian foods here in the states tend to vary in quality and authenticity much like any other foreign food. I can say the food here was AMAZING and met all my expectations and then some! The only food I believe was a little too thick for our liking were the tamales served, but everything else was prime! Seen here was the chicha morada (which I had mixed with an Estate Blush found in the bar nearby – great bartender and drinks there as well), lomo saltado, and tamales (though don’t miss trying the camarones!)

This place is amazing and the food was delicious! Especially their Lomo Saltado which goes great with any wine from the wine bar next to it.

Customer service is lacking, lady tried to charge us for an empanadas that we paid for and she forgot. If we didn’t have the receipt she would’ve tried to scam us. Food was amazing though.

I came to this place with high expectations and got disappointed. It is seems that somebody just learning how to cook prepare our food. There was no flavor and also watery the lomo saltado. Ají de gallina is a dish that has to be prepared in advanced otherwise is not worth buying. The restaurant should have some ready to go Ají de Gallina for the ones that buy this dish. I have to be honest with my review because if they need to be on business they need to give a quality food.
