Five stars! Owner was engaging and excited about her resturaunt, and for good reason. Pleasant atmosphere, great service, delicious and healthy food. I had the chicken bowl and it was both flavorful and filling. Can’t wait to try more of the menu. As an open heart surgery survivor I am always on the lookout for local healthy eating options and Lil Bombshell checks all the boxes! I also picked up some peanut butter pouches for myself and my four-legged buddy. I look forward to giving it a try, and my buddy? He was an instant fan!
Update: Tried the peanut butter and it tastes just like a handful of dry roasted peanuts. It has a course texture, not crunchy and not smooth (see pics). Added a little honey and it was delicious. Because I’m on a low sodium diet it had a bit of a salty taste for me. Doubt others would even notice. Love this stuff!

This restaurant was recommended to me in passing so when it came time to pick where to try something new….why not?
Im so happy I ventured outside my normal comfort zone. The food was fresh and had amazing flavor. The owner will treat you as if you are long lost friends, she was so sweet along with the chef was very nice as well. I cant wait to try more options on the menu!

Finally had the opportunity to visit for lunch and was amazed with the service and quality of food. I had the Low & Slow (Murray) Beef Bowl and it was bursting with flavor. Also brought home some Bombshell Peanut Butter for me and the Dogs and its also amazing. Looking forward to my next visit!

First visit to this surprising restaurant in Lebanon, Oregon. My husband and I found the food to be spot on! Everything was prepared so thoughtfully, with love and delicious! He had the pesto chicken sandwich and I had the fruit and yogurt bowl. The fruit was beautiful everything was at peak of ripeness and the portion was generous. The chicken pesto sandwich had tender chicken breast, delicious pesto a perfect tomato, lovely lettuce. It is rare to find such thoughtfully prepared food. We look forward to coming back.

I bring my lil Bombshell peanut butter pouch with me everywhere i go! Such a good snack on the go. A quick boost during a hike/workout or even when im at work and don’t have time for a full meal. It’s so tasty and the perfect texture! Plus the added boost of fruits, veggies, vitamins, and minerals without affecting the texture is such a bonus!
My dogs also love their pup pb pouch and it’s perfect for training!

I waited to give my review… because I missed out on the Cuban sandwich. Dont be like me, get there in time. This sandwich is a true Cuban. Slow cooked pork, pickles and pressed Cuban bread!!! Finally, somebody who knows how to make this sandwich the right way!!! I also had a chicken caprese sandwich last week.. also an amazing flavor or filled lunch!!! I was full before I even ate half of it!!! The owner is a doll!!! Adding pictures so you can see!!!

We had such an awesome experience at Lil Bombshell! The owner was super sweet and actually sat and chatted with us for a bit, sharing her story about Lil Bombshell. It felt really personal and welcoming — you can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come in.
We ordered the pesto pie and it was delicious, and the drinks were amazing too! Everything tasted fresh and well made, and the whole vibe was fun and relaxed.
Overall, it’s definitely a new favorite. Good people, good food, good drinks — highly recommend!

Amazing ambience, familiar yet complex flavors, and one of the sweetest people in this town at its helm.
Ordered the Chipotle Beef bowl. Slow-cooked, melty, fall-off-the-bone goodness. Spices were distinct and complimented the beef well. Carrot salad had an almond butter vinaigrette while the green had a lemon one, and I absolutely loved the distinct flavors of each side. The pico de gallo was excellent as well. For the base, herbed farro was a new flavor and texture that I hadn’t had before but was pleasantly surprised by. I’m used to rice like regular bowls(think Chipotle), and Keena(a co-owner) graciously informed me that farro is actually extremely healthy. It has a higher protein content than rice, and doesn’t have as many empty carbs. Each farro had the chew of a mini gnocchi, perfectly al dente and chewy while not having an overpowering flavor like quinoa or brown rice. Basically, tasted like pasta instead of rice while being healthier than both. Indulgent amounts of vinaigrette kept the entire bowl light and refreshing. 10/10 would order again.

Cute place, loved the atmosphere, staff/ owner Keena (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very friendly! My husband ordered the NY sub and he said it was delicious. I ordered the caprice sub and a tropical smoothie. Both were delicious. We will be going back again! Dogs welcome too for an added bonus!
