We had the pleasure of dining at La Baudelaire in Paris and it was nothing short of exceptional. We chose the 3-course menu, and from the very first appetizer, it was clear that each dish was crafted with remarkable care and creativity. My wife had the fish while I enjoyed the lamb. Both dishes were beautifully presented, wonderfully balanced, and full of flavour. Every bite felt thoughtful and refined.
We were celebrating my birthday, and the staff made the evening feel incredibly special. Their service was warm, attentive, and genuine without being intrusive. To our surprise, they even gifted us a Polaroid photo as a keepsake of the occasion, a small gesture that made the experience even more memorable.
The atmosphere, the cuisine, and the exceptional service all came together perfectly. La Baudelaire truly lives up to its Michelin star. We left feeling grateful, impressed, and eager to return. Highly recommended.

I was embarrassed at the active disdain displayed by the serving staff, making this a thoroughly unpleasant experience. The sommelier was the exception and offered great support (we did order some expensive wines). The wait staff were shocking; clearing plates that were clearly not finished and rolling eyes when this was pointed out. Marine should be called out for her especially rude attitude. The food was good (not amazing; some flavours completely overpowered) but utterly overshadowed by tired decor, horrible dried flower arrangements and appalling service front of house. How this restaurant has a Michelin star I will never know. Would not recommend.

5 stars all around. I’ve been to this restaurant on many occasions and each time is like a dream. The service is impeccable and there is constantly someone who anticipates your needs. No need to worry about anything while you dine. The food is so flavorful and delicious. The portions are either generous or just enough depending on the plate you take. Everything was thought-out for you.

My family and I spent two weeks in France (Paris and Côte d’Azur) and Le Baudelaire was, by far, the very BEST restaurant we dined at during our vacation. I loved dining in the garden. What a beautiful setting. I thoroughly enjoyed the quality and quantity of food. Loved the wait staff and outstanding service!

Thank you for making our entire night so very special. Excellent Michelin star restaurant! I can’t wait to come back to Paris and book Le Baudelaire again!

Our three course meal was more than filling. The food offerings were very deserving of the current one star Michelin rating.

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Le Baudelaire in Paris. Had a memorable birthday dinner at this Michelin-starred gem! We enjoyed the three-course tasting menu, and the experience was full of delightful surprises between courses. The friendly staff made sure we were well taken care of, accommodating our limited dining time before a theater show. The setting is lovely, though the room is a bit small, and table views vary—some are more suited to a special occasion. Overall, an excellent gastronomic experience!

My experience here was one heck of a culinary ride!

Stepping into this fancy Michelin-starred spot, I was practically bouncing with excitement, eager to see what this Michelin-starred restaurant had to offer.

Culinary wise – each dish that hit our table was like a work of art, seriously. Chef’s veggie creations even managed to impress this die-hard carnivore! It was a ballad of fresh, still exotic flavors that burst senses at each bite.

Service – Just what you can expect from a restaurant from this level. I felt like royalty; super friendly and eager to make sure we had the time of our lives.

Ambiance – Picture this: cozy, romantic vibes with just the right touch of modern flair to keep things interesting. Yellowish’ notes, eclectic accents, and pops of class. All of that dancing together.

Long story short, my time at Le Baudelaire was beyond satisfactory. I’d definitely recommend it!

Exquisite experience top to bottom! The dishes were paired so well together, some of them were outstanding like the oyster dish and the fruits de mer with truffles. The pre-dessert with ice cream and pear was something that you could not imagine that would be this tasteful. The service was so well organised and experienced to make the visitor feel special yet cosy. Tha wine selection was interesting with the Porto and a very “greasy” white (ask it like this, they will understand) to stay for long in the memory. I think there are steps to be taken in the sense that “better is the enemy of good”. The conclusion is that I loved the experience and frankly I am confident to suggest it to a person that would ask my opinion for a special meal.

Dining at Le Baudelaire, the Michelin-starred gem nestled within the luxurious confines of Hotel Le Burgundy, is an experience that transcends mere meals—it’s an exquisite journey for the senses. The ambiance immediately captivates; the elegant design harmonizes modern sophistication with warm, inviting touches that welcome you as if you’re entering a grand Parisian home.

As seated in the plush seating area, adorned with contemporary furnishings, vibrant decor, and bathed in generous natural light streaming through expansive windows, you instantly feel the allure of fine dining heightened by the artistic atmosphere. The elegant marble floors and stunning glass atrium ceiling invite the enchanting play of light and shadow, complementing the culinary artistry that awaits.

Now onto the pièce de résistance—the food. I had the pleasure of indulging in the “Signature by Anthony Denon” course menu, priced at €185. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the chef’s unparalleled creativity and techniques that left a lasting impression. Distinct flavor profiles were artfully balanced, inviting diners to explore textures and tastes. Each course was a revelation; from the exquisitely presented appetizers to the divine main courses, and culminating in desserts that were almost too beautiful to eat, every bite was a testament to meticulous craftsmanship.

Notable highlights included a delicately crafted fish course, perfectly cooked, with a harmony of seasonal ingredients. The use of fresh herbs and vibrant sauces elevated the experience, making it an instantaneous favorite. Desserts were inventive, striking the perfect blend between sweet and savory, capturing the essence of French patisserie while daring to tread new paths.

Beyond the impeccable cuisine, the service at Le Baudelaire was truly exceptional. Attentive yet unobtrusive, the staff exuded warmth and professionalism, expertly guiding you through the menu and wine pairings. Their passion for the culinary arts was contagious, as they shared their extensive knowledge of each dish and the inspiration behind them.

In essence, Le Baudelaire is more than just a place to dine; it’s an exploration of culinary excellence set against a backdrop of modern elegance. Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a night of gastronomic pleasure, this Michelin-starred haven is a must-visit for both locals and travelers alike. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

I took 6-course and I would say it has been the best culinary experience I have got in Paris.

The finger foods and starters were exquisite to build your taste, giving a nice intro for the main dishes. Nicely paired wines elevated my appetite even higher. Quite a combination.

The two main dishes pleased me so much. Each ingredients had its own character and they were orchestrated very well together. It was so harmonic.

At the end, there were perfectly cooked desserts. I loved both two desserts: one was made of fruits and the other was chocolate. The first one melted down like honey and the second one had the creamy texture with some spicy taste in it. It was a perfect match with the ice cream.

I look forward to coming again for the next wondrous moment the two chefs would create.
