Went in to get a glass of water. The man behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to look up from his book. I said I didn’t have cash, could I use a card. He said no. I asked if I could drink from the bathroom faucet, he said bathroom was for paying customers only.
Guess I won’t be bringing my work colleagues here for lunch, lol.
This place needs an attitude adjustment. It’s a sad little hole in the wall with sad people working there.

My wife and I came to get hot dogs and soda, no poker no beer but we had our daughter with us she will be 1 in 12 days. The laundry place next door had homeless people doing laundry and not the best place for a toddler. She was in her seat not running around and the gentleman at the counter was rude to us. Been here in the parking lot, coming back and forth getting laundry and bringing it back to do next door. Went in lighthouse to get a soda and was told to leave as it was wrongly assumed I haven’t m moved my rig for days. Just parked in the same spot reach time and have spent HUNDREDS doing laundry in 2 days. House fire. Lots to wash after such. So, yeah I’ve been here all day for 2 days. But not all night. Simple questions could have figured that out. But instead I’m told I’m not welcome here. I’ll take my insurance claim money elsewhere. Still, I’m offended and hurt. People here at this lighthouse location are unprofessional and rude. Come on guys. Do your due diligence and ask a few a questions before 86ing someone for something you assume they have done or been doing. Just cause they didn’t see me leaving to go back and return clean laundry and pickup more to wash before coming back doesn’t mean I haven’t left that spot in days. Because I quick check of video surveillance would back up what I’m saying here.

Awesome little place to go play video poker. Very clean inside with a nice, quiet/mellow atmosphere. Not sure why others are reviewing it like a bar, because it’s obviously not meant to be one. Employees are all really nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to get away and play for a while.

Went in here to buy a couple drinks and use the restroom as I was waiting for my laundry next door. The guy working told me I wasn’t allowed to buy anything simply because I wanted to use the bathroom as well. Absolutely directful and demeaning. The pric should be fired for turning paying customers away because they happen to be doing laundry nect door. I assumed a strip mall was to conveniently place businesses near each other so they can share the extra business but clearly this Cafe doesn’t need the money.

Came In with my mother, and wanted to gamble.. she asked for my ID which I was super stoked about and then proceeded to tell me large bags and backpacks are not allowed.. I simply responded with its my purse.. wasn’t allowed to gamble, thank you, because I have a backpack. What am I gonna be stealing?? Free soda?? Lmao pretty pathetic to turn customers away

I’ve been to several different Lighthouse Deli locations throughout Clackamas County, and the customer service I received tonight by Ron far exceeds any other experience I’ve ever had at any other location!!! Also wanted to note that the entire establishment was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOMS!!! Kudos to Ron on the extensive-overall Cleanliness, which makes for a more enjoyable atmosphere!!!

The star here is about half a dozen lottery machines. The staff is a unmotivated, bartender and the food is microwaved hot dogs. It’s not even a cool place to wait for my laundry to dry next door.
