With this being the first time EVER being inside a Dunkin Donuts not to mention never having eaten a donut from there ( ♀️ I’m a diabetic, so I’ve stayed away ♀️) But it was my mom’s birthday, and she LOVES Donuts! The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with us! The was a VERY LARGE variety to choose from, so it took mom awhile to pick exactly what she wanted. With the employees help, mom was able to get some DELICIOUS donuts, and she was EXTREMELY happy! (It was her first time at Dunkin also!) SHE LOVED IT! SO FRESH, SHE SAID!

I took my daughter to the Dunkin Donuts in Navarre on Friday, February 27 and received excellent service. The ladies went above and beyond to acknowledge my daughter as it was her birthday. The service was fast and was delivered with a smile. The lady taking my order (I apologize for not knowing your name) is always extremely friendly and kind. I used to visit this Dunkin regularly because it’s the closest one to my house, but lately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. It started with simple mistakes, like not knowing how to make a basic caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar. On multiple occasions, my coffee has been made without any cream or sugar at all, leaving it practically black.
This morning was the final straw. I stopped in quickly for a coffee and a snack, and all of the food was completely cold. On top of that, my order was incorrect and had the wrong items in the bag. It’s really frustrating to see such a lack of attention to quality and accuracy.
Unfortunately, I no longer feel like wasting my time and money at this location and will be driving a few extra miles to the next Dunkin in town!

I recently tried a different dunkin location which caused me to realize how bad this location is. Compared to other dunkin’s, the coffee tastes great with correct syrup portions and properly mixing my drinks. While this location always serves burnt coffee and also never completely mixes a drink and leaves syrup on the side of the cup. I try avoiding this location because of how much better others are.

Stopped for a coffee before grocery shopping. Went thru the drive thru for a latte and bacon. My latte tasted burnt and no flavoring was added. My bacon was stone cold and had clumps of grease on it.

We go to this location whenever we’re in Ohio! Cozy atmosphere with the fireplace & comfy chairs. Employees always nice, patient & helpful. Very clean. Food and drinks are all excellent! 24 hr & open at least part of the day on holidays.

Ordered an extra large hot coffee. And it was cold as hell. Called and talked to the manager he was rude as hell. And wouldn’t give me corporate number said they did have the number and the manager wouldn’t even give me his name. This was on August 11,2025 at 1140pm. So it would be great to have the corporate number or even the manager name. I will never go there again.
