We loved our experience at lifestyle smoothie! The cafe itself is so vibrant, clean and welcoming. The staff is so kind and gave us good recommendations of what to try since it was our first time there. The smoothies were SO tasty and FRESH! We also had the broccoli twist salad which was also very fresh and delicious. The owners were so kind and even took the time to introduce themselves, we loved that! We are so happy to have a place like this in our neighborhood that we can frequent often. Excited to try more on their menu and be a regular customer here. 10/10 would recommend! You will be so happy you did!

My husband and I have been eating at Lifestyle Smoothie several times a week since it opened. My two favorite things besides the food and the owner Sterling, is the amazing vibes. It’s a great place to go if you want to getaway from the everyday hustle. You can go at anytime of the day and have an amazing experience. Every time I go, I get the Veggie Burger. I’ve never had anything like it! The broccoli twist is delicious and the fruit bowl is now my new favorite!

Edit:Food is still great and tasty. If you want fresh healthy food this is the place to come. I love how the smoothies don’t have a lot of added sugar.

Like most reviews shoppers, I stumbled upon this place seeking a local smoothie provider. It was hard to make a decision because all options were great, however I decided ti go with the banana tornado and it was like a mini-vacation. Now that it’s gone, all I have are the memories and the health benefits. I will be stopping by anytime I’m in the area, no doubt about it. The place was clean with a positive vibe and to seal the deal, the owner was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I kept passing the location, and one day during a dash I got extremely thirsty, and I decided to swoop in and try their products! They do not have ANY ADDED sugar in any of their products!! Absolutely delicious! The “Pineapple Summer” is absolutely delicious, the consistency is perfect! I don’t like my smoothies super thick or too thin, but it was just right! I highly recommended the next time you want to stop by Smoothie King or Tropical Smoothie, stop what you are doing and swing by this place instead! Amazing! No complaints!

I’ve driven by this business many times and finally gave it a try. I’m glad I did. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, the facility is very clean with a neat design. I wanted something fresh compared to what I get from places like Smoothie King, etc and I definitely got that here. The Avocado smoothie was very fresh and smooth. I finished it in no time. Will definitely be back to try the other options.

While visiting the Stockbridge area I was looking for lunch options but gave up when faced with only greasy fried choices. After driving around for a while 2 colorful umbrellas caught my eye so I made a u-turn and decided to investigate….I’m so glad I did. I walked into a newly opened beautiful smoothie cafe. I felt like I had landed in a quaint tropical paradise. The place was spotless and the owner was very pleasant. I tried the Berry Blast smoothie and it did not disappoint. I consider myself a smoothie connoisseur so I know a good quality smoothie when I taste it. I sat and talked with the owner while learning a lot about the hard work it took designing every aspect of the place. I especially loved the colors and design of the counter made with reclaimed wood. I left to pick up my granddaughter from the nearby water park but returned for a second smoothie, vegan sandwich and broccoli twist. The two of us had the same reaction after our first bit. “this is soooo good!” Can I tell you that I can’t stop thinking about that meal! I dreamt about it and can’t wait to go back with my husband and friends. This is a place that my favorite vegan Tabitha Brown would Love. To owner Sterling…you’ve got a gold mine just waiting to be discovered. Stay consistent and humble and your food will do the rest. I am so grateful to have met you and I will see you soon for my new favorite meal.
