Oktoberfest at the Liederkranz has been an annual event for years for our family. Get some food and drink tickets and dig in! Lots of freshly made German dishes – generously sized potato pancakes with applesauce, different kinds os sausages with red cabbage or sauerkraut, rye bread and German potato salad and a variety of cakes and pies at the bakesale table. The beer truck has glasses and steins for sale with a fill-up of beer. They have a nice playground and a Punch and Judy show. There is also much music and dancing – join in and have fun! Finally they have vendors so you can get another pin for your hat.
