I’m so glad that Manchester finally has a coffee spot that isn’t a chain!! Love having locally owned options to support! Liddy’s coffee truck is located off to the left side of Interstate Liquor’s parking lot, next to Burger King. You park on the right hand side of her truck and then walk up to the window on the right to order, and pick up your drink on the left (you can also pull up to use it as a drive thru! which is helpful for the disabled or on rainy/cold days!). Liddy is incredibly sweet and friendly and makes your coffee with care. I was the only one in line but still impressed with how quickly I received my drink. I got an oat milk mocha and I can say with confidence it’s definitely the best coffee I’ve had in Manchester!! I’m super picky about my coffee and often have to order my drinks half sweet or with an extra shot at most places to be able to taste any espresso lol. I did not have to do that here Liddy knows how to make a true espresso drink!! Perfectly balanced taste!! I did not get any food but I was happy to see they also offer a gluten free cookie, as someone who’s intolerant. Maybe next time! I live half an hour away and won’t be able to support as much as I would like to but definitely will whenever I get the chance!! I hope your new coffee truck does so well Liddy, maybe even expands into a coffeeshop where people can sip and study!! Wishing you the best
*Review update 5 months later!! I still swing by every chance I get and I have a new favorite, the Harvest Apple is SOO good, I was afraid it would be too sweet but something about that flavor just works so perfectly with the coffee. The recipe has changed slightly since my initial review, because Liddy noticed that most people liked their coffee a bit sweeter so the standard amount of syrup that goes in the coffees has gone up a tiny bit (I commend her for paying careful attention to people’s preferences and making changes for them!). It’s now 2.5 pumps in a 16oz iced drink so I order it with 2 pumps and it’s perfect!! The Maple Spice is another favorite. Always enjoy my lattes here, not just because they’re delicious but I also feel so good about putting my money in the pockets of a young business owner. I look forward to seeing her business flourish!!

Highly recommend stopping at this mobile coffee shop!! So friendly, so cute, high quality. I’m so glad I saw it on Apple Maps while on my road trip, it was well worth the stop! Delicious latte and baked goods! I got the iced butter brew (Caramel and toffee), chocolate chip cookie and bleuberry muffins- everything was AMAZING!

Amazing coffee. I’m very picky (kinda a coffee snob) and it was soooo good. I ordered the white chocolate raspberry and was not disappointed.
Liddy was super sweet and even brought our coffee to our car (as we ran from some baby yellow jackets).

We found her business on Google as we drove through on our return to Iowa. Liddy gave great service! She even offered to bring our drinks to our car because it was hot in the sun. Her drinks are fantastic and priced competitively!
