We went there on Saturday afternoon. We were only people dining inside. Maybe 3 to 4 cars came thru drive-thru. There were three female employees working. I would suggest you go to the bank before going here!
We ordered two chicken salad sandwiches, two medium teas, one cup of potato soup. Our bill was $34.51. (We could have gotten a “hot” meal at Cheddars or Diamond Diner for that price!) Chicken salad sandwich was $8.83 each, (not much chicken salad on sandwich), tea was $3.42 each, cup of soup $5.40 + bacon $2.34 + cheese $1.04. $8.78 for a cup of soup. If you wanted crackers for your soup that was .60 cents for two packages – 4 crackers. What the heck?? I understand they want to make money but I would think return customers would be more important!! Being so greedy, will definitely keep customers away. I don’t think the heat was on either. It was very cold sitting there trying to eat. We had to keep our coats on. The men’s bathroom door was locked. No one went in there or came out the entire time we were there. I thought it was a law to have a working bathroom in a restaurant?? Maybe you have to “pay” to use their bathroom??
Very disappointed. We would not recommend going there. Too many other places to go that don’t nickel and dime you!!

Pretty good place to eat! Turkey bacon sub was great! They only have 2 kids options, grilled cheese and cheese quesadilla. Tons of great ice cream options.

We had not been here for a while. We were so happy we returned. The same delicious flavors we love and a great hard working staff that were very pleasant and professional. They keep this place immaculate. The food was delicious. If you need to beat the heat give this place a try and enjoy their frozen treats as well. It is easy to find using Google Maps with plenty of free parking.

Very slow, waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich. Went inside because drive through was so packed. Now I know why. 3 employees were working, they were friendly and attentive, so not sure why it was slow.
My food was good, as ordered, and hot and fresh. It was a bit much $13 for turkey sandwich plain chips and small drink. However, I would pay it again if service would be quicker.

Visited Luci’s Deli and Ice Cream in Evansville and had a fantastic experience! I got the fresh banana cup – it was creamy, refreshing, and packed with real banana flavor. My friend tried the vanilla bean cup along with a few other varieties, and everything was absolutely worth it. Great flavors, friendly service, and a cozy vibe. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

First, licks has always been a staple in my childhood. I can remember the nostalgia of those after school ice cream cones and shakes! But unfortunately this has changed for many of the locations! Things like quality, customer service, and atmosphere have recently deminished! This was a place that I remember being fun and the food was amazing, but as of late I have been disappointed!

What a great hometown icecream shop. They also have lots of food I didn’t try. Although I would have liked to. Anyways the icecream is locally made and super delicious. I had the cookies n cream and birthday cake. Both were yummy. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The chocolate malt tasted good, although they didn’t mix it up as thoroughly as they should have, and there were chunks of vanilla in it that I had to stir in myself. My husband liked his waffle cone and said the cone was fresh-tasting. I’ve had some of their ice cream flavors before, and I feel they always have interesting flavors to choose from. I also had a grilled cheese sandwich once that was nice, though hardly gourmet. The place has an old-fashioned yet bright appearance, and I always see the employees cleaning at the end of the night.

Ordered the brownie sundae. Flavor was good. I was disappointed in the size of the sundae for the amount I paid $7.29. I would suggest an extra scoop on ice cream be added to the sundae.
