Had a wonderful time at LTC restaurant at Margaritaville. Had wonderful service with my waiter Evan who was extremely knowledgeable and upbeat. The food was immaculate from the chefs Keegan and Jimmy. The atmosphere was fun and had good vibes. Will definitely be coming back to have tasty food and see my waiter Evan again!

Just had the best experience with Gavin and Chef Jimmy! Gavin made my brother-in-law’s birthday so special! One of the best food experiences at a hotel chain. Gourmet level with phenomenal rolls, roasted garlic, EVERYTHING! We were blown away. Don’t miss eating here, even if you aren’t staying here!! So so so good!

Ate here several times during our stay. Had a bit of a wait the day it rained, but food is great as is the service. First visit the burger was raw, but they quickly remedied it. The burgers were good, citrus salad was really good, as was the ceviche and the lemon chicken.

Chef Jimmy was incredible!!! We inhaled our food, had spectacular service from our server Gavin, and enjoyed the atmosphere. Such an elevated experience when we were expecting casual food. WOW!!! Gavin was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and provided very attentive service. Thank you Gavin and Chef Jimmy for making my husband’s birthday so special.

Me and the lady had our valentines dinner last night and we caught Gavin on his second day! Yall need to get down there and sit in that man’s section before he becomes famous up there. He can have a conversation about anything and just made our dinner even better. He praised “chef Jimmy” on his ability to put together a menu, and he wasn’t lying! Everything was perfect, we’re gonna be back in the summer!
