Liberty. Listen, your food does taste very good. But for the love of gawd, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find a way to secure your customers food when its being delivered by services like UberEats and DoorDash. In our current climate, trust is eroding and your customers not only want a full stomach but a peace of mind to go with it. You cannot tell me there is not one stapler floating around there. Food gets delivered and if the staples were tampered with, then its the delivery service in hot water. Mitigate that risk!

You can say that you want your pizza in slices and they still cut it in squares and send it out knowing they sent it out wrong. You call to have it done right and they want their pizza back. No discount no nothing no apology for the inconvenience. Straight attitude from the owner saying no one said it and I spoke to the girl twice. And huffing and puffing from the phone girl. A customer pays for a service and gives an instruction they should expect to receive what they requested. Simple. They make you to be the problem and that’s not fair.

Owner called me and harassed me, accusing me of placing fake orders.
Someone spoofed my phone number on their caller ID. The delivery driver called me to tell me my order was ready, and I politely told him I didn’t know what he was talking about. Immediately after a woman from here called and I explained to her that I didn’t place an order. 20 minutes later the owner angrily called me and accused me of placing a fake order. I live over an hour away. I explained to him that it wasn’t me, then he accused my kids. I told him I didn’t have kids, and he went back to accusing me. He started to get irate, and I had to actually hang up on him.

The 3.8 rating is not at all the correct rating for this wonderful establishment. Each and EVERY single time I’ve ordered from here I get treated with respect. The food ALWAYS gets delivered hot and super yummy. They deliver so fast, and are so frendly on the phone. I even go in person to pick up orders sometimes and they’re always so friendly, even the individuals cooking the pizza greet me. I honestly think the ratings are bad because people just want to bring this place down due to malice intentions. No. Don’t believe the bad reviews. Tip the driver well if you’re ordering out, don’t be a cheapskate and expect quality food. Owner if you’re reading this, you guys are GREAT. Been ordering here for years and never ONCE have you guys ever treated me poorly. Hate seeing people talking poorly about a place operating with efficiency. I’m writing this right before placing my order… I couldn’t believe the review rating so I had to comment!
