Do not eat here!!! I ordered 3 meals..boneless spare ribs, chicken chow mein and sesame chicken. The chow mein had chicken that was raw and not cooked at all. All entrees were raw and not cooked. I called them and the lady who answered the phone just kept arguing with me and telling me that’s how it comes was not understanding that I am saying the chicken is raw and that I want a refund for this and will be bringing it back to the establishment. She kept telling me there is no refund and I need to keep the food obviously I am not going to eat raw food in $30 was tossed in the garbage because of this do not eat here unless you want to waste your money and get food poisoning again do not eat here..
Edit since owner wanted to reply to this message…I said I ordered chow mein and the chicken in it was raw and not cooked… The sesame chicken I Said was raw as well .. and the boneless spare ribs were not cooked either and raw .. I have my cc receipt showing $30 paid as well… Keep arguing with customers and calling them liars let me know how well your business does. Food was all raw and disgusting and I wanted a refund not remade as this business is disgusting. If you want better quality food go somewhere else and support a different business.

The food is good. But the son needs some manners training. The last time I went in, he was digging in his mouth and never washed his hands. Thank God he didn’t touch any food, while I was there. But no tell what else this dude is allowed to do when people aren’t watching. I won’t be calling in orders for awhile now, I’ll do all my orders in-person so I can watch him!

Last night, around 8:30pm, I visited this restaurant. I ordered orange chicken. They served me refried chicken. Yeah! Re-fried chicken! It was very obvious in taste and texture that this food was not fresh. I usually order food that doesn’t have to be fried and after last night, I never will again at Hot Wok.

My family went here and got food poisoning. The fried rice was very mushy. The quality of the food was bad overall. When I went in to try and speak to the manager, the customer service was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They were very rude, and the staff was yelling and screaming and very dismissive. I do not recommend eating here.

Unprofessional, soggy sweet and sour chicken. When asking them to fry the chicken longer the cook said 5.00 more. Unbelievable. Rude. He told me when you put the lid on the dish the chicken gets soggy. It was take out. Also my order was not complete. I will never go back there again

Very expensive for no reason they dont put bean sprouts and onions in the fried rice its standard in most fried rice this will be my first and last visit 14.00 for fried rice and chicken wings. I get this at any restaurant for like 11dollars and its 50 cent to use your tap and pay I dont like using credit card machines with all the fraud

After being a loyal customer since October of 2015, we had to contact Hot Wok on Dunn Ave about a pick up from a Friday evening on 10.8.21. We must have been the last customer that night because the Sesame Chicken was more like soup with barely any broccoli (also drenched) and the Vegetable lo Mein tasted rancid. The owner was extremely rude when we walked in with the entire meal uneaten, and he only remade the chicken. When we asked why only the chicken, they yelled at us. We won’t be returning because we understand that mistakes are made, but being rude tells you who they really are and they don’t care about customers. During the pandemic one should be grateful that you still have a business.
