They are now open until 9:00 on Wed, Thursday, Fri, and Sat. My husband had the shrimp skewers and I had a double bacon cheeseburger and the best onion rings I have found locally. And a delicious Strawberry Italian soda. It was a great meal with great service right here close to home. You should check them out real soon!!

I just left there eating my food was awesome. But the issue is with the waitress she brought our food we had to wait on the grits which was fine the issue came in when she brought the grits out she had another order on the tray which she would of gotten to us first instead she went to the booth in front of my booth served them then she served me when she had to pass my booth first i’m thinking it’s a racial issue! Comfort food at its finest. No drive-through, but they will willingly bring it out to your car if you choose.
The french fries are perfect to dip in some creamy gravy, because this is comfort food after all. However, if you don’t need quite that much comfort, they’re great with catchup as well. I enjoyed the hamburger, but my favorite part of the meal was the fried okra! Delicious!

Came yesterday for the first time and Arturo provided exceptional service. Food was excellent and the price is reasonable. The experience was so great we came back today. Giovanni was our server today and equally exceptional to yesterday’s experience. Glad I stopped by and gave them a chance and will definitely be back in the future!

This place. There were 6 of us, we met there for breakfast, showed up a few minutes apart. When we were all finally there and told the staff one of us had to get to work soon, they were all over it. Took all our orders, which, of course, were all different, and we had our food five minutes later. Everyone’s eggs were perfect (I ordered over medium, I know – a pain, but they were perfect) hashbrowns were crispy but not overcooked, and the pancakes – ya just hafta try them to know how good they are!

Ordered the seafood platter, which comes with fried catfish, fried shrimp, a shrimp skewer, and two sides. Upon placing my order, along with my wife’s, the waitress asked if I would like any cocktail or tartar sauce with my meal. Being as though I like cocktail with my shrimp and tartar sauce for my fish, I asked for both. When my meal came out I had two (2) small cups, one cup containing each of the condiments. Upon checking out I noticed there was a $1.30 charge for “additional tartar sauce.” When I asked my waitress, she said “you only get one or the other and you got both so you were charged for an additional sauce.” If I asked for cheese on a burger, I get it, charge me; if I sub an item or change an order, I get it, charge me; but tell me one restaurant, other than Liberty Cafe, who will charge for a condiment. And $1.30 at that! We’re talking about one of the little plastic cups that your nurse would bring you your medicine in sized cups. I’m not talking about them bringing me a bottle or having to go out and get something special just for the occasion. This is ridiculous and we won’t be going back. As a matter of fact, I will publicize this negative aspect in every way possible. I had some complaints about the food, but I don’t want to conflate the two arguments into one and lose focus on the fact that I WAS CHARGED $1.30 FOR A SMALL, MEDICINE-SIZED CUP OF TARTAR SAUCE WHEN OFFERED BY MY WAITRESS.

Second day in a row enjoying the vibes… quiet country music plays in the distance though what you hear are the voices of families talking and laughing as they wait for their various orders to arrive then the sounds are transferred to the melodious clanking of forks to plate… repeat…. The staff is both friendly and inviting… today is the third time I’ve enjoys breakfast and have ordered something different each time…. Consistently great… Arthur and Giovani have provided excellent service and the chef has executed orders as requested!!!

This was a pleasant place to have lunch. There are four TVs playing different things but none of the sound is loud. There was nice music playing but also not too loud. They only serve breakfast and lunch.

A very country home style cafe that serves breakfast and dinner all day. Plenty of parking and servers were very helpful accommodating for plate choices. Very attentive to keeping coffee cup full. The menu could use updating to clear white background and larger fonts and simplify choices to less than 8 per category and a “build your own” . I ordered the hamburger steak brown gravy and green beans, was very good (skip the cheese on it). Clean eatery. TO THE OWNER: switch your garage paper towels for real paper towels or napkins. Will come back again if in the area.
