What a shitty experience. I’ve stopped at this place 3 times over the last couple months. Every time has been terrible. This last time being the worst. When I can literally count the pieces of steak on a spoon it’s not enough. Total pieces of steak was 14. As the first 8 wasnt enough so she scooped 3 more and then 3 more. Never have I been to a chipotle where they are literally basically refusing to give you even a half of scoop of protein. The first time I came here they were literally measuring protein in cups because workers didn’t know how much to put on. They may need to go back to that but I won’t be back to find out!

Pick literally any other Chipotle over this one. I gave it several tries and they messed up every time. The bag was filled to the brim to the point where my stuff was about to fall out. They didn’t put the lid on my salsa and threw it in the bag. When I was checking my order in my car, I pulled the salsa out without realizing it was open. It got all over my car and my jacket, as well as everyone’s food… because someone couldn’t put a lid on correctly. Then, I get home and realize both kids meals are wrong. My kids ordered quesadillas and were given empty tortillas with no cheese in them and meat on the side. The food was doused in an unnecessary amount of cilantro. Lastly, my queso was not even half full. Probably one of my worst Chipotle experiences and I’m a longtime customer.

No matter where I order the food from whether its Drive thru pickup, delivery thru chipotle or delivery thru uber eats, you guys never put GUACAMOLE in my order. Just the pieces of AVOCADO! Last 5 of my orders I ordered burrito and bowl and sides and everytime same thing. Get me my refund from the complaint I sent from the app

I ordered a chicken bowl and I came in on a Tuesday afternoon. It wasn’t too wild, I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. The line worker gave me really decent portions and I really enjoyed how the food tasted. The soda fountain is in the lobby around the corner from the register.

$80+ for food… willing to pay, if I am getting what I paid for. We typically do not order here because it’s never accurate. Today was a new level. Every item with steak in it was disgusting, hard/old/burnt. Not edible. 2 bowls made completely inaccurate – no cheese, salsa or sour cream but added lettuce on one for example. Burrito that was ordered was the most basic item with half steak and half chicken, but no chicken in the burrito. The build your own kids meal – not edible due to the steak being hard/burnt/old. Young man at the window was kind. Which is why I give a 2 for service – but their power was out, how long? No idea. But that’s also concerning.

Not impressed at all by the way this store is run. To start no enthusiasm at all from staff. They lack items like salad dressing for items, but don’t share that with you when you order a salad. To close it off, they put your food together with no care. I’m fine paying prices for quality food or additional money for sides. At least though put my food tougher with some love knowing I need it to somewhat stay together to eat without a spoon. I ordered tacos and they were a mess. The worker through it together; first not caring that there was a ton of extra rice thrown around, second when they were wrapped they were put together like it didn’t matter once I left the store. Chipotle needs to hold to their corporate standards on everything, not just charging customers for sides.

Very skimpy when you use the chipotle lane, I got two small queso cups, and there was barely any queso in the cup plus I ordered 2 burritos just to get home and one didn’t have any meat in it. Plus they forgot our chips and kids meal drink. Not sure how they forgot the meat and I paid for new al pastor chicken so I’m very upset and mad over that. Overall I’m just going to avoid chipotle. It seems like no matter what chipotle location you go to? It’s always a mess up… I honestly would just take your money somewhere else.

Sent my buddy to go grab us both a bowl for our work lunch break… the portion that I received from these people was completely pitiful. Barely any rice, barely any chicken, but loaded with sour cream and lettuce. Never going here again and won’t ever recommend this location to anyone. Stay Away from Linglestown Chipotle unless you want to recieve a bowl with almost nothing in it…
