Liberatores in Eldersberg MD is definitely worth trying out. Stopped in for some pizza and pasta the night before Thanksgiving and had decent meal. The pizza, while tasty had too many toppings to allow crust to hold up so bottom was not holding up and slid off. Again still tasty. The cearsar salad ordered was not brought out until we had gotten our meals and had to mention it to the bartender. When it was brought out it was just so so, typically places add too much dressing but this barely had any at all and could tell was just thrown together. The restaurant was not busy at all. The pasta dish was very good while the sauce, a bit watery for me, had great flavor and pasta cooked well. Try the pistachio martini!!!

I am a regular and it’s the food and drinks that keep bringing me back. Eggplant rollatini, White Veggie pizza, and Autumn salad are among my favorites. Cosmo, Expresso martini, and Cabernet are the best. Thank you Rachel for knowing what I want when I walk in.

Local gem! Love it!!!
We did takeout at Liberatores of Eldersburg to celebrate my husband’s Bday. He loves Italian food so it was perfect. We got an appetizer of Crab Dip and Grilled Calamari. Our entrees were excellent we got Chicken Parm over angelhair and Alfredo with Blackened Shrimp over angelhair. Good homemade sauce but I wish it had a few more spices and garlic. Next time I will order more add ons to stir in. ☺️
I was pleasantly surprised they got all my additions asking for ingredients on the side for my entree. Yes it was all perfect. They gave us a lot of bread too! The food was yummy and plentiful and we got multiple meals out of it. Everything was cooked perfectly and not overcooked which is especially important with seafood like Calamari. They had our meal ready super fast even though it was a busy weekend. (Thanks Ashley!).
My impression of Liberatores: I love the atmosphere here there is an ample dining room with romantic mood lighting, spacious bar and lounge room as well as private back room and outdoor patio. It isn’t too loud and there is soft Italian music playing in the background.
This is the perfect local family owned restaurant for both celebrations and casual dining too. The catering side of the restaurant is filled with all the goodies you could ask for: frozen meals to go, wine, beer, Italian sodas, beautiful cookies, boxed pasta, cheese, salami, home made jarred marinara, jams, etc.
Everyone at Liberatores is so sweet and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back here again I would love to eat out on the patio once the weather cools down. Thanks Dante and team at the Eldersburg Liberatores! There’s a reason this restaurant has been around for 35 years.

This was our first visit to the restaurant, and we had a wonderful lunch. The food was delicious and the portion sizes large. Our server, Joanna, was friendly, attentive and very helpful. We had the Orecchiette Alla Formaggio and the Fettucine Alfredo with Shrimp. We also ordered take-out for later which included an Augie Salad and a Meat Lovers Pizza. We look forward to our next visit to the restaurant.

We accidentally reserved a reservation at closing time and we were lucky enough to be greeted by Caesar who welcomed us in with open arms. He was so patient and made sure we had a special night for our anniversary. He took our picture, was beyond friendly, and even gave us a free cannoli dessert. Caesar absolutely made the night for us and anyone would be lucky to have the same experience. Food 10/10.

Picked up some of Liberatore’s frozen entrees to stash in my freezer. They have a big freezer from which you can pick the ones you want. Couldn’t resist – Ate 1/3 of the eggplant parm for lunch. Delicious and easy. Love dinning there too.

I didn’t sit in. I went to carry-out. I ordered a wedge salad. It was ok the presentation could have been better. Looked like it was just thrown together. Only thing it did taste good.
