10/10 for food! we got the tots and the fried chicken tacos and they were both amazing. Tots were the perfect crisp and the tacos were loaded with so much flavor

8/10 for ambiance. There’s a lot still happening with downtown revitalization and not much else around. We had to park a few blocks away and walk (not a big deal). Seating is indoor (art inside is pretty cool) or out on the sidewalk and it didn’t feel like the AC was working inside which isn’t ideal for summer.

Staff were friendly and they have seasonal/rotating menu items so I’ll definitely be back.

I had the biscuit and gravy, the consistency of the gravy was perfect, the fried egg cooked to perfection and the flavor was amazing . My only concern is the portion size was rather small for the price, I’m still giving a 5 star based on flavor.

What a treat to eat brunch at this downtown gem! This small restaurant has big flavor. I respect their creative menu. We savored every bite of their food. I ordered the strawberry stuffed french toast, which was simple yet sophisticated—loved the basil. My brunch date ordered the ube french toast, y-u-m! We shared their popular tots at the table (a must). Above all, the service was spectacular. Grateful for this find, make your way over and enjoy for yourself!

Unique menu, fabulous flavors, great local vibe! The Gochujang chicken sandwich was delicious, and the tots were perfect. The owners were friendly and welcoming. 100% would go back again!

Nice hidden gem downtown Fresno. Everything was so good…. Best tater tots I have ever had since they are so crispy! So many options to choice from too and everything coming out of the kitchen looks great

Tried the Chilla Killa Burrito and it was absolutely delicious! The biscuits and gravy were excellent as well—comfort food done right. The customer service was on point, making the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend this place, and I’ll be coming back soon!

Quirky space shared with a bakery. We ordered drinks, did not get them. We asked where the bathroom was located, then we’re ignored. We ordered curry chicken tacos, tots, a biscuit and a burrito minus the eggs since my husband is a vegetarian. The chicken tacos were served with a cook’s hair in the curry and a pineapple (seasonal?) salsa that had turned. The burrito came with the fried egg and unfortunately my husband found by biting into it. The tots were good, the butter with the biscuit was too salty to eat and we were unable to determine the fruit used for the jam, it was way too sweet. The service was non-existent so we were never able to let them know, we just got up to pay and had to argue to get the burrito taken off the bill. The bathroom is not in the space but you go outside, it was possibly the weirdest public bathroom I’ve ever used. Creative menu had us stop on our way down South but the service, cleanliness and food had me write this review to remember to never do it again.

My first experience and many years of traveling, we stop here without seeing the reviews just for the starts. We came in and it was mutual choke. But we stay and try,
The restaurant offer many dark artist painting and it is decorated and the same category. The menu was interesting and challenging for a person with food allergies, but they accommodated us, the first food to arrive was biscuits and gravy, it did not look appetizing, but here is the twist all the food was great and delicious.
CONS the bathroom need to be trended and is outside the establishment and the restaurant need to be more care.
I learn not to judge a restaurant for his cover, if I were had been by myself I would had walked away with out the experience.

I was really surprised when I found out this place has been open for over six years! I have a lot of catching up to do. The menu has so many things to try, it’s hard to decide what to eat. But it’s just down the street from my house, so I will be trying lots of different things on the menu.

Today I tried the bone marrow stroganoff. They said they didn’t have the bone for the side, so they took $4 off my bill, which was nice. I didn’t mind at all because the food was so good. The first bite was amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly. Now it’s been a few hours later and I just finished my leftovers. I can’t wait to go back—probably tomorrow! I even added back the $4 as a tip because it was that good.

My partner got the butternut bacon risotto. It was one of the best risottos we’ve had in the U.S. The best risotto I’ve ever had was in Greece, but this one was a very close second.

We also had their special water. It tasted great and wasn’t too sweet. The server was super nice and took really good care of us. The atmosphere was awesome, with good music and good food. This place is a hidden gem.

At the end, we got cute stickers and I liked them so much I’m thinking of getting one as a tattoo! We also ordered the rice pudding for dessert before we left, and it was SO good.

Tried this place for the first time. Parking is available across the street in a lot.

Entering was a bit tricky—not just for me, but for others as well. The door requires a click and push, which confused multiple guests. A sign would definitely help, as I saw many people struggle.

Upon sitting down, I later realized there was a sign stating, “Do Not Seat Yourself.” Unfortunately, no one acknowledged me for sitting nor told me for about four minutes until I noticed the sign and got up to wait near the counter making me wonder if this is why service was so bad. Service was slow—I wasn’t offered a drink for nearly five minutes, and my order wasn’t taken until about ten minutes after my drink arrived. Poor service always diminishes the dining experience for me,

On the bright side, the decor was really cool! I ordered The half Patricia with a side of 2 bacon slices and it was delicious! Though the tater tots were overcooked and were hard to eat. The prices felt high for what was offered.

Seating is available both indoors and outdoors.

Overall, the atmosphere was great, but the service and some of the food aspects left much to be desired.

Total for meal, cup of water, and 1 bottled soda was $25.65
