So I have been avoiding this place because of the Fusion in description. That word and restaurant usually means something that is not very good. Lia’s is a very good place to eat. I like that the food is brought out to you when it is done and still hot. This often means that people will get food at different times. I like the flavors in the food. I like the level of heat. They actually use fresh and ripe Birds Eye Peppers (IE Thai Peppers) Medium is basically hot Mexican but not so hot as to cause pain or indigestion. I actually prefer Hot… but most people will not handle it. The first time I went it wasn’t hot at all so I asked for pepper oil and a crushed bird’s eye (thai) pepper was delivered. It was good but ghost peppers are the only ones I cannot eat straight so. The above review was previous 2 trips. On Today’s trip the food was not as temperature warm on the previous 2 trips. The food was good as usual but it was colder in the restaurant and the temperatures of the dishes suffered. Everything was cooler to include the hot tea we ordered to warm up from the falling temperature day. Add a few pictures

Clean restaurant and EXCELLENT service! Ordered tofu spring rolls and tofu pad Thai. Waiter gave me what it looks like fried wonton w/ sweet and sour sauce (see last picture)—really nice surprise! The peanut sauce tasted a little off, tbh, but not sure if it was bad or just made w/ a different base. Ended up eating the spring rolls solo just in case. The pad Thai was on the soggy side and ingredients weren’t mixed very well, however, heat was on point, so I happily ate it all. Paid $27 including soft drink w/ refill and tip. Looked at reviews beforehand and was honestly expecting more. Waiter was GREAT (have to say it twice because she was super attentive) so would definitively give them a second chance.

Went there on a Thursday night to get the Pho. Y’all. This did not disappoint! The broth was on point with delicious savory flavor! 3 servers assisted us; they were all professional, pleasant and courteous. I love that Lia’s has a little bit of everything. Not picture, but we also got pan fried gyoza/dumplings and combination fried rice. Sooooooo goooood! Don’t forget to try their flavored tea! Mango is our favorite!!!

I can’t say enough about Morgan! Just when you thought amazing service was dead… Morgan greets you with 5 star service! She’s friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive! I would love to see the manager create a more modern Asian vibe to match the outside of the building. I would also like the music to be more relaxing…I expect that in an Asian restaurant!

Me and the wife always has a great meal at this place. I ordered the dragon roll and she got the California. Sometimes an order of mochi just hits the spot at the end.
