Love the positivity of the space more than anything! For this price point and vibe, I’d like to see more personality from staff. I gave a 5 star rating for service because our server was kind and attentive. Great pancakes!

Food was really good. Clean atmosphere. Service was friendly, timely and attentive. It was quite slow when we arrived around 9am on a Sunday. Reasonably priced. Will return for sure.

Breakfast was good. We had the pancakes and ham&cheese omelet. The best part was the mimosas. To start, the omelet was normal and the pancakes slightly overcooked which made it a little hard to cut through. Service was nice and overall we had a good time at Liams.

This was our first visit to Liam’s Diner. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young lady who, rather than welcoming us, simply asked how many were in our party. I inquired whether they had plastic ware, to which she responded, “I don’t know, I have to check.” She later returned with the plastic ware, handed us menus, and said, “Follow me.” She then seated us in a corner near the restrooms and gallery.

However, on a positive note, our server, Shalia, completely made up for the unwelcoming greeting. She was polite, patient, and attentive, ensuring we had a great dining experience. The food was good, and the rest of our visit was pleasant.

I later spoke with another associate about our experience, and she was very apologetic. While I am unsure if I will return to this restaurant, I shared with her that first impressions are lasting impressions.

Hidden gem! We were looking for somewhere else to eat brunch and happened to find Liam’s Deaner. The name caught our attention. If you read the background about the diner, you’ll find out why they call it that.

The diner is small but very bright. Many of the details are nautical including the menu. We were a party of six and were sat immediately. The hostess was welcoming but few words were said. Our server was fast, efficient and didn’t make any mistakes.

I had the French toast which was divine. If you are counting calories—beware. It tastes like funnel cake and that is a win for MEEEE! The spicy Bloody Mary was fab as was the Guava Mimosa. The country fried steak was basic but still good. The eggs were eggs. Overall we enjoyed are meal and will definitely be back for that French toast. (Automatic 20% gratuity added for our party of 6)—-I was ok with that as it was one check and we were going to tip 20% anyway.

Visit Liam’s Deaner and see what kind of food or drink tickles your taste buds.

We had a party of 5 and we absolutely loved the food. We got the steak and eggs and half sets of French toast! One of my friends recommended here and it did not disappoint! Lovely staff and amazing food.

This was our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised. The menu options, so many it made it hard to decide. I had the mimosa flight, amazing flavor options. French toast, fried…omg, I was in heaven. Steak and eggs, well the steak was definitely over cooked but flavorful. Eggs were cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend dining here. The decor is very inviting. Love all the sayings and the story of who you are.

This was a pleasant surprise. It was very nice. I love places built on history (visit or read pics for history). It is a humble good food atmosphere. The staff is nice and the food is tasty. My kids love breakfast food so of course they loved it! The only thing that I did not like are the chairs. If you stay too long your behind will hurt. Other than that it’s great!

First time dining here. Enjoyed the biscuits & gravy, diced home fries, and mushroom omelette. Music was not appealing for me at breakfast, about 8am. Not at all busy on a Friday morning.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel compelled to share.
I understand people are short staff so we tried to be patient, but the service was incredibly slow — we were there for hours. We had to ask multiple things for multiple times, even just to get silverware, and by the time we got it, our food was already cold. To make things worse, I only received half of my meal at first. When the rest finally arrived, the eggs were undercooked, despite me specifically asking for them to be well done.
The waitress offered to comp my meal because of all the issues, which I appreciated. However, when it came time to get the check, we had to hunt her down just to pay — and that took even more time. She eventually brought the checks and a to-go box, and as promised, my meal had been taken off the bill. I then asked her to combine the checks, and that’s where things got worse.
Without any explanation, the total went up, and a mysterious “miscellaneous fee” was added. When I asked what it was, the waitress said it was because I had eaten part of the meal — which I didn’t even finish, and which she had already said would be comped. At no point did she say I wasn’t supposed to touch the food if it was being taken off the bill. If she had, I would’ve gladly sent the entire plate back. Instead, she quietly added a charge after telling me the meal was comped — which is incredibly unprofessional.
To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager, she was dismissive and unhelpful. She claimed it was the “owner’s policy” and didn’t seem to care about the situation at all. I explained that I had barely eaten anything and left most of the food behind, even giving the box (which only had toast in it) back to her.

The whole experience just horrible, I was patient and gave them multiple chances to fix their mistakes. Instead, I was met with poor communication, surprise charges, and bad customer service.
It’s was not about the money — it’s about the principle. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional and misleading. I won’t be returning.
