First time at Holmes BBQ . First date at Holmes with a cool guy!
Met the Owner Silas. He assured us that we were not going to be disappointed. He was right! The shredded pork and pork ribs were delicious and plentiful. We played pool , danced to music and enjoyed . It’s worth the trip.

Eaten from here a few times, and have thoroughly enjoyed everything I’ve gotten from there! Nice people, I just got Nachos, and as you see from the picture, they look fabulous! If you’re in our neck of the woods, Hit ’em up!

The BBQ is some of the best I’ve ever had and his homemade mustard sauce is on point! I normally buy bbq and ribs by the pound and Silas has never let me down! He’s an awesome guy and I’ve never gotten anything from him that I didn’t enjoy! Highly recommend this restaurant!

We found this place doing a quick Google search while staying at Lake Wateree. They were very friendly, and he makes the best hash around. The macaroni and cheese, potato salad, and BBQ sauce were all very flavorful. We will definitely be driving back often from York for some of this goodness. Can’t wait to try more.

I randomly stopped in tonight and was very indecisive. However, the owner was very accommodating, friendly and patience was outstanding. The perch was fresh and fried to perfection. Nice size portions and very reasonable pricing.
