Very good service, paced just right for an evening of gastronomic delight. The menu was well-thought out, with fresh ingredient. We spent about 50 euros each, and it’s the best quality-priced restaurant out of the 4 that we have tried in Orlean.

The kitchen is good, at least for entrees and plats; less so for deserts. But that doesn’t make up for waiting time, service and location. We waited 50 minutes for a pre-dinner drink and food took well over an hour. And if we have already discussed my wife’s lactose intolerance I don’t expect you to offer her Parmesan based amuses-bouches. Location is the student restaurant quarter which meant that we had a useless busker outside for the whole period. And because Hibiscus hasn’t got air-con the doors were open. Altogether it was a big disappointment.

Wonderful food with amazing attention to detail. And so well priced. The lunch menu consists of either 2 or 3 courses for such a reasonable price, I would gladly pay more for their cuisine.

Excellent and creative cuisine, if the staff was as friendly as the food was great, it would have been a 5 star review. Come hungry, you have to take a 3 course meal or at least pay for it, even if you have no more room for desert.
