Overall a very good Fish and Chips, £25 for two huge battered fish and chip portions. Unfortunately the chips got stuck to the paper and the tray became flimsy. It tarnished what should have been a good meal!

Very nice fish and chips in Seahouses, you won’t go wrong here and some regulars came in while there so that’s also a good sign in my book. Crispy batter and fluffy white fish. I had the steak pie which was served with a generous portion of gravy in its own dish. The kids fish and chips were big, in fact everything is big and you won’t leave here hungry!

4 stars for the food – fish and chips were excellent. However the service was poor. One of the waitresses managed to spill my tea all over the table but didn’t really seem phased and didn’t apologise. A different waitress eventually came with a dirty cloth and attempted to mop up the mess but all they did was spread it around and also left hairs all over the table. Quite off putting and bizarre. Also my partner ordered bread and butter to have with his fish and chips but was given literally one single slice of bread – felt a bit stingy, could have bought a whole loaf for what they charged.

Personally would say this is best fish and chips in Seahouses village, BUT because of that be prepared to wait, always busy but food has never disappointed. Sit down or take away, check times for last orders

Portion size good and fish beautiful. Not enough S&V, wrapped and placed in polythene bag without asking. Chips disappointing as limp and stuck together. For the price and location: could do better.

Excellent fish and chips. They’ve a really good extra range in their menu for add ons or special dishes for a fish and chips restaurant – the lobster and fries was tasty – and healthy portions. This is high quality fish and chips for a reasonable price, and quick, friendly service to boot.
