Great place for a burger and a local brew. Staff is very accommodating making sure your visit is pleasant. The SD burger was great, the amount of bacon they put on the burger was amazing; I shared it with my dining partners.

This place has the best burger I’ve had in South Dakota. Their SD burger was absolutely delicious. It was cooked to perfection, slathered with large crispy pieces of bacon, melted cheese, jalapeños, and a tasty garlic chili sauce to finish it off with a kick. The fries, side of ranch, and my beer was also rather tasty. My only bit of complaint would be the road noise at times but other than that it was an awesome place.

This places food was fantastic! The fries were the best I’ve ever had. My chicken sandwich was moist and the breading was flavorful. Their sauce took it to a whole new level and the veggies were fresh. I’m extra picky about my tomatoes and theirs was perfect. My husband loved his burger. The bacon was really thick and yummy on both our plates. Our server was genuine and wasn’t rushed even though she was busy. We’ll definitely be back!

The burgers are 1/2 lb burgers and come with fries. We all ordered a different type of burger besides 1 person who ordered cod. It was all delicious! Such a great place to go for lunch while visiting Deadwood.
There is indoor and outdoor seating in different areas. There are smaller tables and larger tables available. It would be nice to call ahead if you have a larger group though.

The burger was $20, which is about the most I’ve spent on any burger.
The fries were terrible – baked, mushy, underseasoned, and not very warm. For the price of the meal, the fries should be amazing.
This was a one-time visit for me.

Stayed at Terry’s Peak for skiing, stopped by here for coffee, ordered chicken tenders to share. The chicken was fresh, tasty and tender. Had we stayed longer we would come back for burgers as it looks lovely – from looking at other customers food! – we will definitely return to Terry’s peak and not buy food from the shops to cook ourselves in our cabin, as we definitely want to eat here again. Lovely service.

The service was very good. Joey, our server, was very nice, and he brought our food out quickly. He came up and talked to us a few times as we were waiting for our food, it made the 10 minute wait go by a lot faster. The food was amazing, and I will be coming back!

Great place to eat! We shared the fried green beans, which were awesome. I got the patty melt with fries, and my husband got the South Dakota burger. Everything was great! Friendly service, hometown bar atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we are in the area.
