Went to this location around 11 and the lady that answered the intercom first off was rushing me and kept asking if I was done ordering food. I went too the window and too add a fry just because I was getting rushed I forgot. She didn’t give me a receipt and kept walking off when I was tryin too hand her money and too take the drinks. The lady then handed my food and just shut the door! I went home didn’t get my extra fry and I asked for no ice in my drinks and got a lot of ice, I also asked for macaroni as a side and got mashed potatoes! Missing two items and horrible service!!

Food was so fresh they had me pull around to the front even though no one else was even in the drive through!! I got the spicy strips and dipped them in the potatoes and gravy…that biscuits so darn good it just crumbled!! Delicious!! Great value too!

What I was served today as a six-piece bone in wing special did not live up to the quality I am used to from Church’s. The original recipe was bland in flavor and the pieces were overdone.

Sadly spent $40 on food that was Luke warm no silverware and both orders of fries were not in the bag. Didn’t get all the jalapenos I ordered either

I do not recommend going here, you will be in line for too long, your order will be wrong & the consumer service sucks. They was arguing with each other while I stood there, complaining about doing their job. I love churches but they need new staff & management at this location

Absolute disgrace of a location. On October 2, 2025, at 5:25 PM, I picked up a mobile order through the drive-thru and simply asked for a cup of TAP WATER with my food. The lady at the window told me it would cost extra. Charging customers for WATER — something every other fast-food place provides for free — is either a scam or a new low in customer service.
If you enjoy being nickel-and-dimed, treated rudely, and disrespected for no reason, then by all means give this place your money. Otherwise, spend it somewhere that actually values its customers.

Excellent chicken. Just expect a wait since there is always a line in the drive thru. Worth the wait though. Love the biscuits and the corn nuggets and the apple pies are amazing

I don’t know what has happened it’s been about 5 months since I’ve ordered from this location and very unsatisfactory. I ordered around $60 i had to ask for my drink jugs and they kept my card for about 10 minutes to “reboot the system”. My sides were a little over half full and the fries only served four toddlers. They only gave me original not spicy and the sides including fries were all stale. I will not be visiting this location again
