From the moment I approached the food truck, I was warmly greeted by the owner, Ahmed, whose kindness and welcoming personality immediately stood out. He took the time to walk me through the menu, explaining each item in detail and offering thoughtful recommendations. A level of personal attention that’s hard to find these days.
The food itself was outstanding. It was very fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Each bite was satisfying, leaving me full and happy without feeling heavy and uncomfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Great food, the portions are huge and always have left overs so a great place to go if you’re really hungry! I love the spicy rice with sauce & pita as a vegetarian option!! It’s so good! They also have gluten free options so even for having a somewhat small menu, they have great diversity for different dietary needs!! I’m a vegetarian, my mom has Celiacs, and my boyfriend eats meat and we were all extremely happy with our meals! Amazing prices too!!! It’s a must try! Our new go to spot!!

Everyone is so kind and helpful and they even brought our food to our car. It didn’t take long at all. We got a chicken taco and the gyro fries and a gyro wrap and everything was so delicious! The meat was so tender and everything was seasoned perfectly. You’ve gotta check them out! We’ll definitely be back

This food truck, AMAZING! Eveything I have tried has been so good, and always fresh and hot! The fries have the most pefect crispness to them, the gyros are the best thing ever, and it was my first time ever trying one! Ill more than likely be a regular customer now!! Enjoyed our first order from Levant’s tonight. The food was fantastic and the service was great. My son ordered the loaded chicken fries and said they were life changing. One word of warning, if you opt to order your food from GrubHub, the Gyros are listed as coming with fries and ours did not. We certainly would have ordered some, had we known. The descriptions are not only inaccurate but also not at all thorough. I ordered the chicken wrap and it was full of tomatoes, which was not listed on GrubHub and I cannot eat tomatoes. If there is something you are unable to eat, maybe just include that in your notes, just to be safe, because, again, the descriptions are not complete. Still earned a 5 star review though, as I’m not sure if these issues are on the truck owner or GrubHub. The food was delicious and the service was great! I’m sure we will be back!

Tried Levant for the first time tonight. Having grown up a Gyro snob, this place is amazing and rivals some of the best Gyro I’ve had. The combo platter was too much food for any human, Gyro wrap made my wife very happy and the Cajun white sauce fries, amazing! Trussville needs this unique addition to its food scene! Please go support Ahmed and his food truck. Here’s a young restauranteur trying to make his mark and he’s doing it with grace and talent.
