Angela was a great HOST!!. Our food was on point. Very fresh. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. Our veggies were great texture not over cooked. I will for sure go back again and recommend it to other.

Farm to table and the food is awesome. The fries and most of their stuff is gluten free or can be adjusted. Their loaded fries are a heavenly heap of goodness! Their steak and provolone is tasty.the atmosphere is people oriented. Bring your friends for a tasty and good for you lunch or dinner. The owner is the cook and a fine job he does. Can’t say enough nice about this place.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place and the presentation of the food.
The ingredients were really good quality.
We arrived around 4:30 pm on a Saturday and it was really quiet.
You have to order at the counter but they bring the food to you at your table.
The service was great, and I appreciated being able to ask questions about food preparation, ingredients and receive informed answers.

This review is actually from June of 2025 and am just now posting up. I apologize.
I’d been wanting to try this place ever since they had a their food trailer across from Albertsons. My wife had tried it with her friend and enjoyed it.
So, not sure what I was thinking at the time. But there were a number options to order that included Wagyu and in my mind I could only think of delicious tender flavorful meat. Probably the wrong thing to order from a place that has “lettuce” in their name.
Originally I wanted to try the Momma’s wagyu meatballs. But apparently depending on the day of the week. There are slower days which they are not offered? This was one of those days. So we placed and order to go for Wagyu steak and provolone melts.. one would be on GF bread. Also the stuffed Brisket jalapenos and the wagyu queso fries. All for a To-Go order.
The sandwich was pretty good and flavorful on some extra toasty crunchy bread with an over ripe avocado.
The wagyu fries.. the fries were good but that queso was just poured in there it seemed and like a super sodium dose for the day.
The stuffed brisket jalapenos were queso heavy handed again and the sauce seemed to have broken into a liquid other than cheese almost. The brisket I hate to say was old but the dark brown color nearing jerky tells the story and the jalapenos were super soft wrinkly, old.. over cooked and dark.
I spend time looking at all these other excellent reviews and I feel super bad about this write up although I will not rate it below 4. I get it and what this place is and what they bring to the table. I struck out that day and had a mindset other than eating healthy which is why I have not been back. I will try to come back and support those that are locally close to my home.

It was wonderful to sit down to a healthy meal with my family and be able to visit. The atmosphere and food were excellent. Additionally, there are many delicious gluten-free options.

BEST RESTAURANT IN DENISON! The food is always consistent in flavor and delicious. The service is always outstanding, they never hesitate to make recommendations and answer questions! I have been trying to find somewhere to eat that is well priced, fresh, and includes healthy options. It is so hard to find healthy options that actually taste good and this place has a whole menu that meets that standard!! You will not leave wanting just happy and full! I highly recommend the jalapeño poppers, any of the lettuce wraps (but my fav is the black and blu), and the fresh dragon fruit lemonade (its looks beautiful as it tastes)! They are under going a small menu change on their appetizers at the moment so it is not up to date currently but I am extremely excited to try the new items when they launch, they sound amazing! This place is one of the few in Texoma that can accommodate most peoples dietary restrictions including plant based and gluten free! They can actually make any item gluten free on request and are happy to talk through the menu with you so you feel comfortable (a friend of mine also really loves this place due to that fact). HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Price are very reasonable! Go give them a try if you haven’t yet, they are right off of Main St in Downtown Denison! I wish I had photos of the food to share but I always devour the food before I think about it!

We ordered wagyu steak skillet… while I would have preferred my choice of salad as it says. Everything was still good. I’m just not a potato person. But the steak was cooked as desired. The veggies were absolutely delicious!!!! And I loved their choice of soda fountains to drink… will definitely come back to try more…

Had a fantastic meal! The menu is varied whether you’d like a salad or something hot. I had the Wagyu burger and it was delicious. Served on crispy rosemary bread. The fountain drinks are made with cane sugar and are also delicious.

I came here for a quick lunch for the first time. I decided on a house chicken salad. I didn’t enjoy the flavor of the chicken and it tasted dry to me. I assume by the look of the chicken it was rotisserie but tasted old. I’ll definitely be back but will not go with a salad next time.
