Let’s Pho, one of the few restaurants in GDL that serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I’m originally from California and lived in Washington, where there is a large Asian community that serves up authentic cuisine, so I’m glad to say that this was a nice taste from home. To begin, the service was stellar. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff and were quickly tended to by the waiter shortly after sitting at our table. Throughout our time there, our waiter kept checking in on us as well as offering recommendations for many of the dishes. Later on, my sister and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Charlie. He was super attentive, asking if we needed anything else and if we liked our meals. On top of that, he was very fun to talk to. Now onto the food, we got the large steak pho and the chicken pho, which ended up being the perfect size for us; however, if you’re some who tends not to eat much, then I’d go with a small. In terms of the dish itself, the flavors were really good with the pho having nice aromatics, light on the spices, and most importantly, not oily. For appetizers, we got fried egg rolls, spring rolls, and crab ragoons. The fried egg rolls and the fish sauce it was paired with were both really good. The spring rolls were also very good, although I personally felt they could’ve had some more filling to them, like cilantro or something else. The peanut sauce was also very good, though I would’ve liked it to be slightly thicker. The crab ragoons were amazing all around, not too oily, and the perfect cream cheese to crab ratio. While the sauce paired with the ragoons seemed to be a tamarind-based sauce instead of your typical sweet and sour, I thought it was a combination that complemented the ragoons perfectly. For dessert, our waiter recommended the coconut flan, which is definitely a must-try! Fair warning, if you don’t have the biggest sweet tooth, it is definitely on the sweeter side; however, if you do enjoy sweeter things, then this is perfect for you. The atmosphere itself was chill and laid back, which I really enjoyed. Bonus: you get to hang around the cutest dog ever.

As someone who has visited Vietnam and lives in NYC and frequents Vietnamese restaurants, I wasn’t sure how authentic the Vietnamese food here would turn out. But I was happily surprised. It’s 80% there with interesting twists. If you crave Vietnamese, this place would suffice.

My wife and I visited this restaurant and ordered Thai tea, a naranjada, spring rolls, Vietnamese egg rolls, and two bowls of pho de res. We loved the aromatics of the pho—the chef clearly uses authentic spices that make the dish so special. The spring rolls and Vietnamese egg rolls were tasty, though the portions felt a bit small for the price. That may be due to how limited Vietnamese cuisine is in this city, which is understandable.
The waitstaff was very friendly (especially the corgi ). And as a general pho tip: I always recommend ordering an extra side of noodles!

While visiting Guadalajara, there are certain restaurants we simply had to return to before leaving–and Let’s Pho is one of them. The food here is so full of flavor, and whatever you do, don’t leave without indulging in their Coconut Flan. We usually like to try different dishes with each visit, but this dessert was so irresistible we had to enjoy it again. Honestly, it’s probably the best coconut flan we’ve ever had.
If we lived here, Let’s Pho would definitely be one of our go-to spots–not only for the delicious cuisine but also for the excellent service. The staff members who attended to us were absolutely wonderful. They were cordial, friendly & very attentive. We felt genuinely cared for, leaving us with a memorable experience . When we return to Guadalajara, there’s no doubt we’ll be stopping in and treating ourselves to a superb meal (and of course, dessert!) at Let’s Pho.

Been here a few times. Solid spot, one time had some chipped off marble in my food but I’m not one to make a big deal about it, wasn’t expecting the whole meal to be comped or anything but I did bring it to the attention of the waiter who apologized I guess and gave us a free dessert . Do check your food to see you don’t choke on any marble or metal . Otherwise solid spot I live relatively close by and this is one of the few view spots in town

Absolutely delicious dishes, I’m not Vietnamese to say it is perfect but I could say that it taste fresh, delicious and you can even even the spices in all the food. Fair prices, great service I would ask for an extra south East Asian atmosphere (music?, newspapers? Maybe).
We’re always glad to go back!

My husband and I had a fabulous lunch here. The food was delicious and authentic. We had a great conversation with the owner. He is a welcoming host. It was wonderful to have some food and beverages that reminded us of our recent trip to Vietnam. We plan to go back very soon with friends.
