Found this quaint place just 250m from our hotel. Menu has a wide range of French cuisine including escargot, and beef, kangaroo, real French onion soup washed down with French champagne. The staff are friendly, speak Anglaise. Menu is well priced ❤️ Merci

Nice bar hidden back in a residential area. Generally kid friendly and good food and beer. It’s about 5 bucks a pint and easy to spend a good amount of time here.

This place was amazing. Off the beaten path, more of a locals bar. However, the food was five star quality. Quite surprised food like that is coming out of a bar atmosphere. I’ve eaten at several Michelin star restaurants, and this is by far some of the best food I’ve ever eaten from my bar, hands-down.. a must try if you want good quality, cargo and kangaroo

Absolument incroyable! I agree with other reviews that say – don’t judge this place by the bar appearance. I believe I was the only non-French person there, which speaks a lot for the quality of food (not touristy). I speak French, but the server happily offered to speak English if it made it easier for me. The meal was the best I’ve had in Paris, and one of the best meals I’ve ever had! I had the escargot, confit de canard, and the choco ivoire – all were amazing! Service was also spectacular. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Hard to imagine a more perfect French café, or better and more authentic food. Not for vegetarians, but if you’re happy to try snails or steak tartare, confit de canard and creme brulee flavoured with lavender, this is the place for you. Friendly and professional service, and a mixed clientele of locals and tourists.
