There are very few places that have blown me away in my travels around the world. This nonchalant crab shack is one of them. Don’t be fooled by its appearance as it is far surpassed in the quality and freshness of its delicious crabs and shrimps. This is not a place for everyone, don’t expect to get table service. You go, pick your seafood of choice (4 plates in our case), out of a Door/window service and you will get your name called when the food is ready. This is “a picnic style on a bench” kind of a meal, except you will be served some of the best blue crab, stone crab, king crab, prawns and crawfish you will ever have. Note to the owner: giving out some gloves for the meal would be used full:) enjoy!!!

If you’re looking for an authentic crab shack experience, head down to Leo’s in West Palm Beach. The service was speedy, and best of all, it was delicious. I cannot wait to come back and eat here again! It’s definitely on my itinerary for my next trip to Florida.

Ordered a family platter and paid extra for larger crabs. After asking to see the size of the crabs and negotiate on the larger blue crabs to add the size we got was not what was shown to us. Disappointed. Snow crab, corn, and potatoes were good.

When I tell you this food was absolutely phenomenal… I MEAN IT. Coming from two girls from Chicago trying this place out it was some of the best snow crab we have had. Service was amazing and very friendly, our food came out in 10 minutes! No complaints from us! Very reasonable prices considering the large amount of food we got!!!! Cooked to perfection.

Super quaint picnic style seafood joint. So many fresh out of the ocean options, we ordered the shrimp tray with Dungeness crab and what a great choice! So glad we stopped in on our trip! My hubs is in love with crab and we scoured the internet for a small gem. Most importantly the one man show behind the counter was extremely polite, helpful, courteous and just an absolute Rockstar at giving us ideas on what was good, and he cooked it himself too! I wish we caught his name to mention it here.

Bought some live large crabs here. 15 crabs for $65 ( $9 per pound) . Not so large and not so live. Most of the crab where dead and regular size. I was so disappointed. I asked the owner several time why he won’t allow customers to pick the crab they want. He said that’s he’s policy. While I respect that . It’s not fair to the customer. Particularly when you get home to find you have been cheated. Not smart business. I will never go back to this place . You lost my business forever.

Great food! Fresh seafood! Seasoning was the best. We had the shrimp platter with eggs. I wish we had more time to try more items but we had to get to the airport. We will definitely return soon because we have been craving this place since we ate here.

While in WPB/PB, I visited this restaurant for dinner. I had a craving for an authentic broiled seafood experience aside from the more commercialized restaurants. I ordered the snow crab legs, shrimp, corn, Russell potatoes and boiled eggs. It was really good and I enjoyed it. They definitely give you a lot of food. I would recommend sharing a entree if you don’t eat that much. I will definitely visit this restaurant when I visit the area again.
