Chain diner serving an expansive menu of American comfort food & Greek specialties.
The C’s
We were seated right away and noted the place was sort of busy. The waitress was very friendly and attentive to all our needs.
The food was GREAT! The two coney dogs were gone in an instant. The onion rings were crunchy and cooked perfectly. The gyro was huge and delicious. The Greek salad was good even though we were stuffed by then.
The place is a little dated but clean. The restaurant is very open and you can see pretty much anywhere.
Definitely worth a stop if you want some good food.

It was my second time having this place, my first being after Michigan game back in the fall. The similarities I noticed between the two visits is what convinced me to leave a review, the amazing service and hospitality this place presents is a 10/10. Selana was my server and made our experience here very smooth. I ordered an omelet with a side of pancakes, which I enjoyed and left very full. Definitely recommend if in the area and in need of a quick good bite. GO BLUE!

The food was pretty good. The Philly cheese sandwich was good, but the bread wasn’t toasted so it soon went soggy fairly quickly from the heat coming off the meat. There was also know sauce of any kind on the sandwich.

New place, very clean and attractive, with nice, attentive service. But we did find one problem we hope they fix (because we’d like to go back): they don’t know how to make a Chicago dog. We love Chicago dogs and were excited to see them on the menu; my wife & I both ordered one. A Chicago dog is a precise thing: steamed poppy seed bun, nice Vienna beef dog, wedges of (ripe) tomato, spear of dill pickle, chopped white onions, sweet pickle relish (pref. the good, or at least strangely colorful, kind), yellow mustard, sport peppers, and celery salt. This comes down to us from Fluky’s in 1930’s Chicago; it’s got history. When you put “Chicago dog” on your menu, the above is EXACTLY what you serve. It’s not open to interpretation. What you DO NOT serve is a low-quality hot dog on a plain bun drenched in a watery soup of low-quality pickle relish and chopped, bland, pale, low-quality tomatoes. (We should’ve sent them back.) Dear Leo’s: please fix this. See photo — *that’s* a Chicago dog.

Wonderful restaurant. We’ve been here many times and I’ve always ordered the gyro sandwich with fries. The sandwich is sooo good! Fries piping hot, crisp on outside, soft insides.
Today was my grandson’s birthday, he chose Leo’s. He, his parents and I went fir lunch. Birthday boy ordered fish and chips; mom ordered Rueben; dad a chili dog; I’m recovering from shoulder replacement and stuck with huge cast on my dominant side. I had to break with tradition and ordered tuna melt and lemon rice soup. The soup may have been the best I’ve ever had, which is saying alot, as I spent many a meal at Greek restaurants in Chicago’s Greek Town.
All of our meals were great and hit! The service was great, didn’t have to ask for coffee or water refills.
I highly recommend Leo’s for the well prepared and generous portions.

Another wonderful thing about this establishment they respect seniors by giving them a 10% discount when you make them aware! Will keep going back try them.

I must say, in the past I was not a fan of Leo’s. However, this location in Ann Arbor is A1!!! Hands down!!! The atmosphere was like no other! You could see the teamwork in this place. Wasn’t chaotic like some Coney Island’s can be. Very organized, neat, clean, and well orchestrated. I moved from the city but if I’m ever back there, I definitely wouldn’t mind eating there again! Food was good but I’m all about customer service and this Leo’s definitely has mastered that as customer service has been missing over the last few years. Thank you, Leo’s. I can’t remember my waitress name but she was the mother of one of the other waitresses and she was very nice and friendly! I truly enjoyed the experience!!!

The food was fine but not special. The hot dog was good but the bun and the chili were so-so. The grilled sandwich was oily. The service was bad. Checked on us once but never again. I wanted a refill and to get desert but our waitress bailed on us. She did bring food to the table next to us but did not check on us.
She did not speak to me until I finally gave up and went to the register to pay. There are several great diners in the area. No need to waste your time or your money here.

I went here for a late breakfast yesterday afternoon and ordered hash browns, toast and bacon. While eating my hash browns I noticed something strange when I scooped a bite. There was a chicken bone in my hash browns! I asked to speak with the manager, and when she came over she asked to take my plate and went to the kitchen. She returned a few min later to tell me she comped our food while laughing about it. I was furious. It isn’t funny. When I asked her for an explanation as to how a bone got in by hash browns she said there isn’t one. I asked her I’d they shred chicken for pot pies, or soup. She said no. They use chicken breasts for that, and they are boneless. That pretty much means they were eating in the kitchen while cooking, which is a health code violation or they intentionally put it in my food. Either way the manager was totally unprofessional and rude. Never eating here again.

I ordered last night online, got all the appropriate text updates with our order number and then when we went into the Ann Arbor location for pick up our order was not there. I got a “order in process” text, a “ready for pick up” text, even an order number. My card was processed for the $100 order. The staff who received me, was incredibly rude and had no problem solving capabilities. I was told they could not help me as they did not have my order, they didn’t see the money received on their end even though I had receipts for everything. I left without food, and without my $100.
Addendum: Hassan is the manager who called me after seeing this review. He was able to explain that the system for ordering was new to the coney which may have explained confusion about what placing the order last night for pick up give morning. I appreciated his call, he refunded me quicker than my bank would have and expressed his sincerest apologies for the way the staff treated me in person.
