Tough one tonight. I wanted to love it. Reviews were great. Pizza looked great. Sauce and cheese were good. But it’s all about the crust and though it looks good in the pics there was zero crispiness whatsoever. It was completely soft and floppy. Very disappointing. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. Edit: by the way workers are super nice. And thanks for the explanation on the different kind of crust for Neapolitan. Yes I had a different expectation. Please try them if you like this kind of pizza : ). Thanks.

Best pizza around hands down. Great authentic Neapolitan-style pizza cooked by an authentic Neapolitan guy! Super nice folks in this place. Please support this local business instead of eating garbage Papa John’s. This place is a treasure and we want them to stick around. (Lower stars for atmosphere because it’s a food truck after all).

Look no further, this is the best pizza in the Keys. Quality ingredients, friendly service and always fresh out of the oven. So many places my say Neopolitan pizza but this is the best I’ve had outside of Napoli! We had the pizza margherita and quatro formaggio and both were delicious. The pizzas are good sized too. I have not tried the lasagna or rigatoni bolognese but I am looking forward to doing so. Grazie!

What can I say? Sublime pizza, all top-quality ingredients. You get authentic Neapolitan pizza here, and being Neapolitan, I can honestly say it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is truly cheerful, friendly, and efficient. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend it, and even if you’re not passing by, come and try this fantastic pizza.
