The service here is absolutely TOP NOTCH! The staff is incredibly accommodating, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. My family of five (including an infant) dropped in for lunch — and to take shelter from the rain — and we were met with nothing but generosity and kindness. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, making the whole experience refreshingly pleasant. On top of that, the pizza was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and served hot. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again, not just for the food, but for the people. Highly recommend!

We placed an order for delivery and the food came completely cold. Well, not all of it. The pizza and pasta were room temperature cold, but the fries were still hot. These were also not the fries we ordered which tells me that there was likely an issue with the order and the pizza and pasta sat out while the fries cooked. The pasta was also so horribly undercooked that it was completely inedible.
When I called the hostess told me she would look up my receipt and hung up on me. I called back and she told me that there was nothing she could do about it because the cooks said everything was prepared per expectation and it’s not her fault the driver must not keep their car warm. I asked to talk to a manager and she said no one was there. I was told someone would get back to me at some point and that still hasn’t happened.

Great PICKUP spot for lunch!!!! I had one of their italian sandwiches, even though I originally went for their pizza. This is a phenomenal sandwich. The meat/cheese are plentiful, and there’s a huge stack of dressed arugula on it as well along with the pesto. Besides the sandwich being delicious, it was enormous. This is the best taste/value in the loop. Phenomenal quality, great employees! I will be back regularly.

What a lovely gem! Came across this spot as I was walking to my car after a meeting in downtown Chicago. Ordered a couple pizzas, sandwiches and salads to go and let me tell you the flavors were amazing! Took the pizzas to my construction site and the guys absolutely loved it – saying it was some of the best sausage pizza they’ve ever had in their life!
Next time you’re in the city be sure to stop in and try a slice or two. You won’t be disappointed!

I am so disappointed. This place took my pickup online order and money and when I arrived at the location it was closed. Then when I called to remedy this issue on Monday they replaced the order and when I went to pick it up again they were closed Again! So twice they took my order and my kept my money and I have nothing. So at this point I have no other POV other than they are thieves. ZERO STARS

I come for a good service good pizza, but today was awful, the cook came out of the kitchen and yelled at the cashier employee, the cook was offering the girl at the counter some help.. but all the orders had already been taken already by the cashier girl and he yelled at her ???? me, and I’m sure other customers were just grossed out, this is all on camera I looked around and saw cameras, so if then the owner knows that this happens and allows it?? Just unprofessional and awkward in my opinion

Leona’s on Franklin was recommended to me and it did not disappoint!! Just had their chopped salad and a slice of their yummy Sicilian pizza and both were delicious. Friendly and quick service and lots of options on their menu. Even have gluten free pizza, which is great. Nice to see they have an outdoor seating area as well. Will definitely come back. Glad to know that Leona’s is back in the Chicago pizza market again!!! They’ve always been a favorite with great pizza!!
