We enjoyed our first time at this location. The atmosphere was comfortable. The music was upbeat and entertaining. The service was friendly! Shout-out to our waitress, Tasia R, for taking good care of us and suggesting food & drinks to try. The food was delicious! Try the VooDoo Eggrolls! The catfish with creole rice was good and the salmon & brussel sprouts rice bowl was delicious. The Sorry Ms Jackson drink was delicious. Thank you all for a great experience on a Friday evening! Black owned restaurant. First time having brunch here and it was a lively vibe! If you’re okay with loud music, then you’ll enjoy the atmosphere. Service was friendly. The food was flavorful and made with quality ingredients. We had shrimp and grits and crab cakes with grits. I enjoyed the shrimp and grits but my husband said the crab cakes were a bit fishy. Over all, I’d still try this place again to try their lunch/dinner menu.

I reserved a table by the window but was seated at a table with an obstructed view when there were better tables. I was hoping to get the Chicken and Waffles and my wife to try the Shrimp and Grits, but didn’t know that brunch was served a different time, that was on me, I just wished they could have that available for dinner as well. Their tapas menu doesn’t have much options. It’s a New Orleans kind of vibe. I believe I should have gotten 9 wings, but I got 8. The staff was loud, and it seems you have more staff customers, not a good thing. We were seated by the entrance near the bar, but I find it sad that they were not using the other end of the restaurant, which from the outside looking in was much better seating area then what we were in. When you use your phone to get a menu online from the table, it says they have Mr. Pibb to drink, but when we asked, the waiter said they don’t serve that. Might want to update your menu online to match your restaurant menu. Atmosphere is okay, but it does feel kind of cramped space, tables are small and crowed and long tables are nice. Food was good, but I feel that I paid way to much for little food. Tacos were okay as well, but didn’t impress my wife to were they were the best. I wish I could have tried the Brunch Menu, I just don’t want to have to go to lunch to try it. Here is thought, have your brunch items available for dinner. Might get more customers that way…

Really good and flavorful food. The young man with the beautiful afro was attentive respectful and a pleasure. We tried a lil bit of everything including the oysters, the jerk egg rolls, the surf and turf tacos aswell as the catfish and fries. Food came out hot seasoned to perfection and everything was delicious. Will definitely be back to try a few items i saw that caught my eye.

I enjoyed brunch today! The food was phenomenal and the drinks were even better! Latrell made the best espresso martinis!! Between the juicy, flavorful lamb chops and the well seasoned grits & eggs, the drinks, delicious breakfast bowl, the ambiance and excellent service; I was very impressed!! Me and my husband went here to eat 2/22. Which we got Rockefeller oysters which was 0/10 tasted not fresh and had overly fishy smell which I should known better. My husband had lemon pepper wing which was 10/10. I ordered another appetizer take the place of the oyster which was seafood dip 8/10.
Moving to the main course I only went cause I wanted the red snipper and guess what they didn’t have it. So I got the land and sea, which was lamb chop 6/10 and crab cake 8/10. My husband got smash burger 7/10.
The drinks was top tier and the atmosphere was nice. They have a live band which I loved.
I would only go back for that and the drink and wings. Oh but we had a good waitress.

I really wanted to enjoy but I didn’t. The host and our waitress was the same person and she was great ! But obviously overwhelmed.
We were seated in the side room where a party was happening. It was so extremely loud that we barely talked during dinner because we couldn’t hear each other. I started with the peach long island, 1:10. Mostly ice and was not good at all(picture). I ordered the seafood dip. The first time it came out with a layer of oil floating on top(picture). Literally a visible layer. When I finally reached the waitress she asked if wanted it replaced and I took another chance. I received a replacement that seemed undercooked. And it literately had no seafood! The clumps I found were clumps of cheese(picture).I tried my friends jerk egg roll, full of cheese ?? We didn’t even know jerk egg rolls contained cheese(picture). My friend mentioned her crab cake was good, just thin (picture). And my final friend enjoyed her shrimp tacos.

The ambiance, vibes, R&B music, and of course the food was delicious! The serving staff was attentive and down to earth. As a coastal gyal, the seafood met my expectations. My husband cleaned the bones of his lamb chops! So glad to have stumbled across this establishment for date night. We will be back!

I have had the pleasure of eating here a couple of times so far. I will definitely be coming back. I have yet to have a bad experience with the staff. The owner is incredible. This is a very nice place to eat! Highly recommend to just come out here or to celebrate something. The food has been incredible every time I have gone. They do have limited menus depending on the time of day. But there is something on the menu for everyone. I recommend eating for dinner and brunch lol which is all they offer. You won’t regret it!

Went for this dinner this past weekend and I really enjoyed it! We had the egg rolls as an appetizer and they were delicious, the steak and shrimp tacos were also very delicious and great in size. Our waitress was nice and the live music made it also fun !
