Came on a quiet Monday evening at 4pm to take advantage of their happy hour with it, remarkable 20% off everything on the menu between 3 and 5 PM. I had the mushroom and chicken tacos, which were fine and the chicken wings which were excellent. And this wings portion was generous. The service was disappointing. I was one of only two customers—alone for first for 30-minutes with at least two service people on the floor. I was given a lunch menu instead of dinner menu, and largely neglected and looking for service while I seeing my bartender across the restaurant on her phone or chatting with her friends. Finally, I was handed a bill that did not Include the 20% off happy hour discount. When I brought that to my servers attention, there was no apology.

Delicious food and drink that’s a bit pricey but worth the splurge! Space is a bit tighter because they placed the bar area right in the middle of the joint but have the dining tables outline the outskirts of the indoors. It works, and it gives everyone a bit of their “side” without feeling like you’re trapped in the crowd of an Applebee’s. Staff are super friendly!

Came here for dinner on a Tuesday night and loved it. Staff was super nice, especially the waitress who took care of us. I loved the baja fish tacos (was so sad when I left my extra taco at the restaurant by accident ), the corn appetizer was really good, we also ordered the hot chicken torta and it’s a pretty decent size, also pretty good. They have mocktails which I really appreciated and we also tried the Mexican Apple soda. Overall, really recommend this place. Food is fresh and worth it!

Great ambience. Drinks were great. Food was yummy, portion size was a little thin in my opinion.
We came in at 11 but their food menu was not open until 1130 so we ordered drinks and waited. The server did swing by took our order around 1135. The place quickly filled up around that time.
There was a goof up on our bill when the girl charged us $135 instead of $63, but she apologized and rectified the error once I bought it to her attention.

Restrooms were top notch!

Had a fantastic dinner here. The atmosphere is warm and beautifully lit in sunset shades. Very comfortable, funky vibe unlike anywhere else in Portland. The food was amazing. The homemade salsas are so fresh and really tasted of Mexico. The drinks were perfect. The margaritas and sangria were delicious. The staff were helpful and gracious. Cannot wait to go back for more!

A Great Lunch Spot! During lunch hours, the staff is always friendly and eager to help. Don’t sleep on the chips and salsa. The fresh corn tortilla chips are the best around! Be sure to pay attention to the chili ratings; they’re no joke ️. The Roja was just right for us, offering a nice hint of spice.

Have fun exploring the taco options! On this visit, we tried the ground beef, barbacoa, and fried fish tacos. Depending on your choice, you might encounter a good kick of spice! The street corn is incredibly tasty , and if you’re looking for something lighter, the Caesar salad is perfect as a meal or to share.

A Heads-Up: ⚠️ If you visit within an hour of closing, the experience might feel rushed. They won’t allow dessert orders 30 minutes before closing, which takes away from the inviting vibe this place usually provides during lunch.

Lenora surprised us in the best way. I was a little skeptical going in, given some of the mixed reviews, but both the food and service ended up being a hit for us.

That said, I do think Lenora is still figuring out its identity. It’s a trendy, mid-upscale spot — not Michelin-level fine dining, but also not cheap — which is why some of the little details felt off. Things like comfortable seating, cloth napkins (or at least an easy way to grab extras; tacos can get messy!), and a bit more space between tables would have elevated the experience for us.

Speaking of space, the seating was really the one thing we didn’t love. They’ve packed in as many tables as possible, which makes for a cramped and not-so-relaxing dining experience. If I had stretched my arm even slightly, I probably would’ve bumped into the person at the next table. We could hear every conversation around us, and at times, it felt a little awkward. The stools didn’t help either — zero back support, not much comfort.

But the food was phenomenal. We started with the pineapple salsa and chips, queso, and street corn, all of which were great, though the street corn stole the show. We could’ve easily ordered more. For tacos, we went all in and tried every single one on the menu. The Baja Fish and carnitas were standouts; so good we reordered them. The only miss was the brisket, which was dry, overly salty, and had a strange texture. But everything else, including the vegetarian options, was excellent. Even as die-hard flour tortilla fans, we were impressed by their fresh-made corn tortillas. We finished the meal with a perfectly moist tres leches cake.

The drinks program was also solid, though I expected a little more variety in the margaritas. They all seemed to have a similar flavor profile. That said, the ones we tried, including the Diablo, were refreshing and well-balanced. Service was great; our waitress was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything.

Despite the seating situation, we really enjoyed our meal and would absolutely come back for the food and drinks!

Greatest Ever
We had an amazing time at this restaurant! The wait staff was super friendly, gave great recommendations, and were very attentive. The food was amazing. The chips and queso were so good that we debated ordering more. The chips taste homemade. They’re thick and salty and perfectly suited for scooping up salsa and queso. The drinks were all unique and delicious. However, the tacos are the stars of the show. You MUST try the avocado taco. I know there’s no meat (my bf couldn’t fathom a taco w/o meat), but I promise you will be delightfully surprised. It was my favorite of the night. The fish taco was also amazing with fish that tasted like it was pulled out of the water 10 minutes before. So fresh. This restaurant was a nice change of pace from the lobster mania that is Portland!

I came here for breakfast first and later for lunch. I liked the design of the interior. For breakfast I enjoyed the coffee and my wife liked the breakfast tacos. The second time I came with my mom for lunch hoping to get late coffee but they only offer cold brew so me and my mom end up having cocktails instead. The bartender was nice. We ordered ceviche and fish tacos and I really liked it. Will definitely be back to try more menus.

The fellow with the big gauges was very attentive to our table, gave great drink suggestions and mixed a wicked good Mexican coffee. The grilled pineapple margarita was so good. All our food was delicious! The mushroom taco was seasoned perfectly, shrimp tacos, Yumm! We look forward to coming back soon!
