This restaurant is kid of hidden, hard to spot when driving by. The restaurant is clean and well kept the food looks fresh and good. The staff greets you when you enter the door and is very friendly they answered all the questions I had of the menu and offered me alternative in case they did not have some of the ingredients. The restaurant has shared parking in the shopping center and is plentiful. I had the pastrami sandwich with a broccoli salad and an ice tea drink for 25 dollars. The sandwich was a decent portion size and was really delicious, definitely worth it. The broccoli salad was also very tasty, I would recommend both of them. Overall this restaurant is a must visit if you are in the area and need a quick bite for lunch.

Honey Baked Ham company store is not only a holiday tradition, but they can be a full service place to get your main and fixings. Any other time, their sandwiches, meals, and prepackaged deli items are excellent and reasonable convenience. Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays is their extreme busy season. They normal deli service is closed in preparation for ordering and product pickup. Be smart, order online, and schedule a pickup for all the items you need. They continue to be delicious and service very service oriented.

So, I’ve loved honey baked ham my entire life. The food has always been top notch. I just have one suggestion…….. They had a prepaid line, and everyone else had to wait in the same line. Now the people that preordered but didn’t prepay have to get held up by the people that are trying to figure out what they want. At least open one preorder line to help move things along a little faster. Thank you.

My only visit was for a Thanksgiving turkey.
Due to a medical condition, I chose to order my ham online to avoid standing in line. I prepaid.
Nobody mentions the 30-40 line for prepaid orders. I will not (cannot) return. They need to increase their staffing and respect my time and money. The ham was DECENT but in no way was it worth $110, having to wait in line almost 40 minutes AND drive 2 hours each direction.
They closed the Bakersfield location which I consider another insult to local customers.

This happened: I purchased my ham at the Glendale store on 11/23/25. The little peek I got of the ham before purchase appeared to be all good. On 11/27/25 when I unwrapped to serve, I discovered that there was NO Honey Glaze on ham!! So very disappointed as that ham cost me $101.
Lesson: make certain that the staff member unwraps adequately for you to see what you’re purchasing! Not only check the leanness, but also that the glaze is on it!

Excellent ham sandwich. Some of the best ham I’ve ever had. I got the Classic Ham Sandwich.
The bread for the sandwich wasn’t very fresh, but that is my only criticism. The portion of ham was very good. Love the honey mustard (which they sell bottled).
I can’t speak to how crowded it gets as I was there in the afternoon, but I suspect they get busy at lunch.
At 630am on my way to work, I’ve seen the very long lines down the sidewalk at the Holidays, so you definitely need to plan ahead if you’re ordering a ham at that time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store seemed clean.
If you’ve never had Honey Baked Ham, you definitely want to try this place.

I was supposed to pick up my order today; but there was about a 2-hour wait, which was ridiculous. I left and came back at a closing time, and I would say the line was as long. I ended up not being able to pick up my order, which was really upsetting! They should really work something out so the line moves faster, and the wait is not 2-3 hours. Needs better management.
