What a disappointment. Why even ask if I want the bread toasted if you’re not actually going to toast it? I ended up with soggy, lifeless bread—and zero crunch. And it’s not like they were slammed with customers either. The parking lot was empty, no one in the store, and someone literally came in from the back to ask how they could help. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just do what we asked. All these 4 and 5-star reviews must be a joke. Definitely not coming back.

Update: We ordered chicken salad and Philly cheese steaks. They tasted really good. Was made same as specific instructions like before….
The place was clean and we enjoyed dining here. The interior jas been upgraded.. Will be back again for sure..

Just had the BEST Italian sub at Lenny’s! The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and the fillings were super fresh and flavorful. What really stood out was the amazing customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience fantastic. Highly recommend!

Had the BBQ cheesesteak and Philly Cheesesteak combo and was blown away by how flavorful it was. Our sandwiches were made fresh to order, and the bread was toasted perfectly. The staff was super friendly too! Can’t wait to drop by here again!!

First time I ordered online they didn’t include my requested toppings even though they were listed on the receipt stapled to the bag. Second time I noticed they put a TON of onions in the meat. So third time I called and asked for light onions and still had to pick out a bunch. Go easy on the onions please lol
