We love Lenny’s Burger, and this location has a fun retro diner vibe with red vinyl booths, a checkerboard floor and a neon jukebox. You order at the counter and the food is classic diner stuff and everything we tried like the pastrami fries, loaded hot dog and fish and chips was super tasty and came in big portions. It is quick, affordable and a cool place to grab a laid back meal.

Zero Stars.
First time visiting this establishment. When we arrived to the drive thru a few minutes before 7pm. I noticed only 1 table already eating inside.
We ordered 3 burger combos. Girl at the window gave us our drinks then vanished. The girls working there were clearly more concerned about gossiping with one another than getting the food prepared.
We waited 30 minutes, no one came back to window for that whole duration. 30 minutes is an incredibly long time to wait for 3 drive-thru fastfood cheese burgers and fries. No explanation or apologies. They just told me to pull around to the back ally to continue waiting. Again, no explanation no apology.
I tried getting their attention to see what the hold up was but they just ignored me, I know they heard me calling. One even looked at me. After the third attempt I honked my car horn, at that point one of the girls finally approached me with a bag of food. I was already upset with being ignored and waiting over 30 minutes at a drive-thru. I asked for a refund. The girl made me drive all the way back around the entire building to get to the window to get s refund. Again, no apology no explanation just a really shitty attitude from the girl. She kept the food.
So all in, my family lost 40 minutes of our life for no food and being treated like an inconvenience the entire time.
This was my first and last experience at Lennys Burger.
PS $50 for burgers ontop of a 30min wait time is an awful business plan.
save your time and money and go to In-n-out. They got us 3 combos in a bumper to bumper drive-thru in 15 mins for literally half the price.

I have yet to have anything I didn’t like from Lenny’s. The burgers and sandwiches are about on par as far as price but you’ll get something almost twice as big as anywhere else. Plus, you can’t beat their 24 nuggets for $7.50 deal. The nuggets taste like you bit into whole fried chicken. I highly suggest eating in as the old diner atmosphere will feel more like an experience. Their specialty shakes also always hit.

Love this place. The food is always tasty with fresh ingredients. The fries were got and I got them with a side of ranch that made the fries even better. The burger was hot and the service was pleasant. I will def be back.. Was a bit of a wait but, for the hot and fresh food, def worth it

The lady on the other end was multi tasking(I saw once I sat at the pickup w8ndow for 18 minutes)
During ordering I had to say hello 4 different times. I would say a part of the order and there’d be long silence. I would say hello and She’d come back on and ask me to repeat what I said. So this went in circles. It was the most interesting thing I’ve ever come across at a drive thru…….
Ordered the GARLIC Mushroom burger. I really really l9ve the garlic mayo! It is so tasty and is what makes the burger. Without it, its just a regular burger.
I received the burger with even teensier amount than the teensiest amount of garlic mayo. There was visibly a light type smear and two or three dots of it on the burger. That’s it. I’m not kidding at all. I bit into the burger wondering why I didn’t taste any garlic, took the bun off and saw there was next to no garlic mayo.
So, I had a mushroom burger instead. The opaque smear that was there on the bun was undetectable.
I received 2 ranch for the appetizer basket……we’ll kind of. There was a small amount in each container and the lids looked heat warped.
I have never received a small condiment container with a trace amount in it why? Really why??????????????????
The customer service and food preparation needs to be/ should be done AS advertised.
I would like a full container of ranch like all the other 999,000,000 times I’ve ever had one at any place.
I’d also like the burger as advertised.
Leaving out the garlic mayo takes away fr9m the name GARLIC mushroom burger. The garlic taste comes from the mayo!!!!! No where else.
N3xt time tell me you just dont have any and your g8ving me a mushroom burger.
Food was decent and hot.
Please hire more staff
Please train them on proper food prep as advertised. And if its not them and they are tild to do that, shame on management.

First time at Lenny’s, and let me just start by saying this place is a hidden little gem! The atmosphere is great and the staff are polite! The interior decor is awesome and screams Nostalgia, but the food, the food is SO GOOD! The burgers are huge and the servings are more than generous. Everything we ordered taste great and I can appreciate great food for a nostalgic price like anyone else in this day and age! Keep up the awesomeness Lennys, y’all are amazing and your food is so bomb!! ✨

Great old fashioned fun diner-like restaurant with a wide selection of burgers, side dishes, and other sandwiches such as Reubens, Sloppy Joes, and such.
Prices are very reasonable.

Staff could have been a little more cheery. But the gal taking the order at the counter was pleasant. And nice when she brought our food.

Unique Outcome
It’s an interesting experience to drive up to the drive-thru menu, hear somebody say they would be “right with you,” and then they never come back. There was nobody inside that I could see, nobody in front of me in the drive-thru, yet, they never came back to take my order. Weird. I finally drove away without even ordering. They are notoriously slow on a good day, but this was ridiculous. I really liked the garlic burger I had there a few weeks ago and was looking forward to having one again, but it seems they really don’t want the business. Maybe they just use it as a tax write off or something, but they sure don’t seem interested in serving anybody. There are way too many other choices to have to go through that again. Poor ownership/management is the only excuse I can come up with. Anyway, I wanted to make the owner aware that things are not right here, so maybe they can make some changes, but I won’t hold my breath, especially since In-n-out burger is just down the street.
Ok, so I have decided to update my review from 1 star to 4 stars. As much as I didn’t want to go back, I felt like I would give Lenny’s another try, after having read the owner’s response. I have gone back several times now, just to be sure they have made actual lasting positive change. It seems they have. I have not been left waiting to order, and the staff has been very nice and friendly of late. I would give this location 5 stars, except that they are still a bit slow at delivering the food after placing the order. However, overall, I now feel that I can recommend them for a decent hamburger experience without violating my integrity. I plan to continue going back for their garlic burger, which I enjoy.

Grabbed dinner here with my folks, they like burnt hot dogs and the staff made sure to burn them as requested. I got the green chili burger. The fries were fresh and the food was tasty. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. 50’s themed decor and oldies playing on the radio. We’ll be coming back
