Today I decided to have breakfast at Lennys Bagels and chose a special breakfast sandwich. I was served right away, and the food was very well prepared.The customer service is great, too. The person who took my order was super friendly and quick to serve me. This place is definitely my favorite in Rye Brook for breakfast and buying fresh bagels. Lennys is a very pleasant and friendly place.

First time going. The scallion and lox cream cheese had really big pieces of lox and was so good. The staff were nice. They were making the fresh bagels in the back. I didn’t read the reviews before going but I had a good experience.

You can tell them 100 times no onions on the egg omelette and they will still put it in – that’s just the way they are – just accept it and move on – they didn’t want to give us a drink even though the combo says drink is included – they say it’s only hot but not cold, yet they will give us a glass of ice for the tea???? Just does not make sense. Everyone including my friends n neighbors complain about this place but they still come / don’t get why

I use to love this place. Over the past years, portions have gotten smaller. Bagel prices have increased. I’ve stopped frequenting this place daily and starting going monthly. If you want a good bagel that’s a bit over priced, this is the place for you. Pictured is the egg bagel with egg whites, spinach, and turkey bacon. As you can see there’s barely much of a sandwich there. Disappointed in the downhill progression.

I go to Lenny’s every week. I finally decided to order in today and this is what the delivery guy had the audacity to hand me. Cups of soup with the lids smashed and literally dripping wet bagels. He said his pants were wet too and there’s nothing he could do about it. Utterly shocked at this poor service. Thank you for ruining the first day of 2022.

Best bagel I’ve had north of New York City. Everything you order at Lenny’s tastes killer, and you can get it for a great value. I also feel the staff takes care of their customers really well, which I appreciate.

They’re too inconsistent. Sometimes the bagels are soft and they pack the bagel full of what you ask. Other times the bagels are hard and they skimp on it. Lox are very inconsistent. For $10 they will sometimes give me an adequate amount in my bagel, but other times I get home and am disappointed to find a sliver of lox. Just be consistent for once.
UPDATE: I still come here because I love the bad boy bagel. By 9:30am it was barely fresh. Cmon Lennys!
UPDATE 2: Gave then one last chance because I was really feeling a bad boy with veggi cream cheese. It’s Saturday at 10am. There’s no possible way the bagels won’t be fresh right? Unfortunately this will be my last visit. The bagel untoasted was hard as a rock. Was probably made the day before. Surprised I didn’t chip a tooth. But at least the veggi cream cheese is great, except they gave me plain and only on one side of the bagel. Oh and the tomato was the runt end. Sorry guys. I really tried.

Awful. Never ordering from here again. They care about their in store orders but never take out. Skimpy on the meat. Such a WASTE of money. We won’t be back.

I don’t understand how you make the bagels so perfect? Just picked up a dozen for mother’s day. Traveled south 1 hour and 10 there and back, totally worth it! No better bagels to me. Very light crunch on the outside and perfectly soft, doughy and chewy on the inside.
