For very subpar food and service , this place is not worth the money. Ordered a bagel sandwich and told the guy 3 times to toast it, came home and not toasted. Also, it took 20 mins to make my sandwich and I was the only person there. Staff yapping non stop behind the counters .

So impressed with these bagels and how fast they came out! I’ve never seen so much salmon on a lox bagel the bacon, egg and cheese bagel was delicious and toasted perfectly, not overly toasted so that the bagel was still fluffy. We will definitely be back!

I had a very poor customer service experience a few years ago and haven’t been back until today. Today I tried again and their posted hours are closes at 4 pm. I was there at 3:50 and the dorr os locked. That’s it for me, won’t go back again.

Unfortunately, this experience was quite disappointing. I ordered through Uber Eats, and the estimated wait time was around 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 40 minutes. I got a bagel with lox cream cheese, but it was mostly just cream cheese with barely any lox.

Placed a pick up order at 8am for 3 toasted bagel sandwiches and a tuna melt. Supposed to be ready at 830. When we got there they hadn’t even started the order and we didn’t end up with our food until 9am. What’s the point of ordering ahead when they don’t start it until you get there?
Every person who arrived and ordered while I was waiting for their food in 5 minutes.
When I asked about the order time, the VERY rude guy behind the counter asked me what he wanted me to do about it and told me I shouldn’t have ordered ahead. We also had tipped 10% on a take out order and no apology, nothing for the wait.
Oh and they also made the tuna melt wrong – they gave us untoasted white bread. And none of the bagels were toasted
It’s unfortunate the guy behind the counter is so rude, the bagels are actually pretty good.

This place is amazing, the food is outstanding. When you walk in your struck by the warm rich smells of fresh bagels!But the staff OMG, the staff are freaking rockstars. I’ve never seen so many people get served so quickly and so efficiently. The lines are long for a reason this place is a must go. This place is amazing. The only thing they’re missing is chobani Oat MilkLOL.
