Stopped in randomly on a road trip and had a great experience! Yea this shop is sorta in the middle of nowhere, but don’t let that scare you away. They has 15+ flavors of ice cream, and options of sundaes and other treats. The inside is adorable, decorated with hearts etc. there is a patio outside to sit too.
Portions were generous for the price and I enjoyed the variety of fun flavors they had. Defiantly worth a little detour to enjoy!

Wonderful little ice cream shop out in the country. Like a walk down memory lane with all the best flavors of hand dipped ice cream. Black cherry was my favorite, but they are all delicious.

Great ice cream! I used to work there several years ago under it’s previous name.
My wife and I went on a day’s “road trip” to the area about 3 years ago to show her my old “stomping grounds” when I was a kid. While there, we stopped by for an ice cream and she fell in love. So occasionally we make a day of it and take a trip up there for it’s cool refreshing taste. Sound crazy? Maybe, but I just like spending time with my beautiful wife.

This is absolutely the best hard dipped ice-cream in the area. Tip: get it in the homemade waffle cone! It’s very iconic with great service. If you’re in the area, it’s a must!!

A wonderful, little place that has been there for a long time. The fact that it is in the middle of the country by itself and still gets a steady flow of customers should tell you everything you need to know. Staff is always great. I have been a regular for a couple years but my grandfather has been going since they were still called Nofziger’s. My personal favorite is cappuccino chip.
