I ordered online on DoorDash and I got The Lomo Saltado It is so juicy and tasty and I don’t know why people are writing bad reviews like from years ago, but it is 100% good like 10 of 10 I’m so glad i took a chance and a risk on this place i was so stunned how good the food was here would recommend this place. it is good. They also have a special for a quarter of Pollo with fries and rice for 10 bucks on DoorDash. That’s a deal And the Lomo was like 16 bucks not bad worth it. The food was not dry. It was juicy. It was worth the money, and I would order here. I get on Doordash.

The food is good. The atmosphere is dirty and ugly. The service is unpredictable. They can be serious but also rude. The charge is $8 to deliver less than 1 mile. There is a 4% cover charge for paying credit card. It is a busy place, so employees get really stressed out, they should hire more people. Ana, who took my order through the phone, informed me that you have to pay extra for sauces like vinagreta, never asked for it in any Lena y Carbon restaurant. Also, the prices have gone up like 26 for a complete Pollo a la Brasa.

I ordered thru uber eats. 1 whole chicken with 2 sides, chafa de pollo and a papa a la H sauce. Unfortunately, they gave the uber courier the wrong order and I received a lomo and a 1/4 chicken w rice. I ordered it for my brother and his family as he was coming back from vacation. I called the restaurant back and a lady named “Daniella” stated I would have to either pick it up or I was going to be charged an additional $30 for delivery fee. Because she would have to pay the driver. I told her I was an hour away and could not pick it up. She admitted it was an error on their end, with that’s being said. It was very unfortunate and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend ordering nor giving any business to this particular establishment.

Honesty on these people are not in their vocabulary. They add surcharges fees even for pick up. They tell you one price on the phone and when yo pick up is another. Food is very little and overpriced. I will make sure me and anybody i know will never go to this place again! Scammers!
