I visited Bardstown during the annual craft fair and was delighted to find Lems Cafe for some coffee and pastries on the way to the fair. The coffee was delicious, it was rich and flavorful, I came back everyday I was there. The crew at the cafe is so fun, what a great energy. Next year I will be back again for some yummy coffee!

As a coffee snob, I can tell honestly tell you they have some of the best coffee I’ve ever had locally. I ordered the cold brew just black. You could easily drink this with nothing added. It’s so smooth and delicious.

The owner is absolutely positive with a great demeanor. I usually purchase her coffee, which I think is better than Starbucks. I also purchase coffee beans from her. And she always has my preferred bold beans.

I loved everything about Amanda’s little cafe! First, i was greeted by the very chipper and friendly owner Amanda. Then, I ordered some delicious organic Nicaragua coffee while I perused her cute cafe. All kinds of fresh homemade food from biscuits, breads, sweets to salads and all kinds of prepared to go meals by her partner Bourbon City Kitchen!! Also, I loved the history behind its name (ask her!)! AND it was the only place open Sunday morning for coffee!! Just go! You will love it as I did!
