Wonderful visit with my brother. Service was excellent. All staff were kind, courteous, attentive, and welcoming. The robot service/ food delivery was a fun site to experience. The food was okay, the wonton soup was flavorful but the wontons were very thick and doughy. The avocado salad was amazing. The pan-fried dumplings were pretty good.

I’m only giving this 2 stars because my husband’s sweet and sour chicken was good. **Beware: When ordering something that does not list vegetables, you have to order combination. So…he got a container of chicken and some sauce in a small cup. On to my 1 star entree which did have broccoli, but it was past it’s prime and yellow, although abundant. As in 95% of the dish was very bitter broccoli. (See picture) And there were only about 6.5 pieces of shrimp. Relatively bland, but that’s ok, my stomach can’t handle spicy. Although, a little more taste would’ve been great. **Beware: prices on online menu are not the prices you will be charged!** Example: Shrimp and Broccoli were listed at $15.50, but I was charged $18.65 for 6.5 “pieces” of shrimp and 95% very bitter broccoli. I do understand market prices, but update the menu please. Also, how about putting on anything that doesn’t include vegetables and rice, “Vegetables and rice not included.”. (Thank God I stocked up on Gas X.) I called with my concerns and woman was condescending and rude.

Lemon Grass is changing so so much and not for the better. Prices are skyrocketing, but quality is coming down. We as consumers understand that prices are up everywhere, but your quality shouldn’t be. I am not sure if they are ordering from someone new or have new cooks or new management or what, but everything tastes off. And has for the last couple visits. This visit was the icing on the cake for us. The rice on the sushi was not cooked right, it was falling apart, tasted off (like fishy) and it was the smallest roll it’s ever been. The green beans in my chicken and string beans were barely cooked. The chicken in it tasted off too. And lastly the nime chow was the least fresh its ever been. It was dull and not right. Something was way off tonight and has been. You can’t keep increasing prices and bringing down quality too. If you want to bring quality down then prices remain the same. The consumer can’t lose in both areas. Be better Lemongrass!

Top notch cuisine, best drinks and great time. Been here many times, and the Nim Chow can’t be beat. Always a great time. Highly recommended.

This place has its good and its bad. It has some staples that are usually really good, but it has a lot of misses too. You just have to find what you like here and stick to it. We like the chicken wings, boneless spare ribs, pad Thai and Singapore noodles. The beef teriyaki are a hard pass here. My options are a bit limited being gluten free. Every time I try something different I tend to be let down. Last night we tried the chicken with lemongrass. It was bland, had no flavor or kick and was served with raw vegetables.. onion, peppers, carrot, baby corn. We took it home and sautéed it with some more curry and spice and it turned out much better. Also, every plate I touched last night was dirty or wet. This place used to 4 stars and has creeped down to 3 for me. Button it up a bit, lemongrass.

This sign in the bathroom did make laugh.

Love that the menu on DoorDash says which things are gluten free. Do NOT love that I ordered a gf roll and my partner ordered one that isn’t and has “crunch” on it, and they thought it was ok to package them together. Crunch all over my roll and all over the ginger and wasabi that I want to eat. I have to choose to not eat what I paid $25 for (my two gf rolls) or get glutened.

I recently visited Lemongrass in Warwick, and it was fantastic! The food was absolutely wonderful, especially the sushi, which was fresh and full of flavor. The customer service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff made the dining experience even better. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Plus, there’s free parking with plenty of spots available, Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and a pleasant dining experience!

Great place for assorted Asian cuisine. Very reasonably priced and large portions of delicious meals. Have eaten here around 20 times over the years and never had a bad experience. They also have a great assortment of sushi.

My boneless spare ribs were very dry and fatty
The veggies in my steak dish were raw and super crunchy which isn’t how I would have imagined them to be I thought they’d be at least somewhat cooked and a little tender
Numerous people enjoy the food here and thats great but it’s not for me
